不同趨勢下兩種熵測度的穩(wěn)定性

【摘要】:通過對Logistic映射序列和采集的針灸刺激HRV(heart rate variability)信號(hào)疊加不同的趨勢,探究基本尺度熵和近似熵的穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)果表明:對于具有不同趨勢的Logistic映射序列和心率變異性信號(hào)(針灸刺激信號(hào)),近似熵非常敏感,不能準(zhǔn)確區(qū)別趨勢中的不同信號(hào),不適用于分析具有趨勢的信號(hào);而基本尺度熵在不同趨勢下表現(xiàn)出較好的穩(wěn)定性和準(zhǔn)確性,該方法可廣泛應(yīng)用于實(shí)際信號(hào)的分析。
[Abstract]:The stability of basic scale entropy and approximate entropy was explored by superposing different trends of Logistic mapping sequence and acupuncture stimulation HRV (heart rate variability) signal. The results show that the approximate entropy is very sensitive to the Logistic mapping sequence and the heart rate variability signal (acupuncture stimulation signal) with different trends, and it is not suitable for the analysis of the signals with the trend. The basic scale entropy shows good stability and accuracy under different trends. This method can be widely used in the analysis of practical signals.
