一種基于單通道腹部信號的胎兒心電提取算法

【摘要】:設計一種基于單通道孕腹部信號的胎兒心電提取算法,分別提取出母親心電和胎兒心電,并計算出母親心率和胎兒心率。首先對單通道孕腹部信號進行k-TEO(k=19)變換,突出母親心電的QRS波,從而通過簡單的閾值法確定母親心電的R波位置,接著通過在相鄰R波間重采樣以獲得相同的R-R間期T,這樣經(jīng)過一個間隔為T的梳狀濾波器就可以分離出相同R-R間期的母親心電,然后再一次在相鄰R波間進行重采樣恢復原來的R-R間期就可以獲得實際的母親心電了。原始腹部信號減去上面提取的母親心電后,胎兒心電QRS波的信噪比大大提高,通過再次應用提取母親心電的算法即可得到"干凈"的胎兒心電波形。選取Physionet數(shù)據(jù)庫中的8組(26通道)孕腹部信號數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,計算每個通道數(shù)據(jù)的胎兒心電QRS波位置識別靈敏度、陽性檢測率和準確性。結果表明,胎兒心電QRS波的識別準確率達到87.1%,其中有6個通道達到100%。另外計算每個通道的母親心率和胎兒心率并做統(tǒng)計分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)每一組中各個通道的母親平均心率和胎兒平均心率都非常接近,同一組中各通道間母親平均心率最大誤差為0.1次/min,而胎兒平均心率最大誤差也只有0.9次/min,進一步證明算法的可靠性。
[Abstract]:A fetal ECG extraction algorithm based on single channel gestational abdominal signals was designed to extract maternal ECG and fetal ECG respectively and calculate maternal heart rate and fetal heart rate. First, the single channel pregnant abdomen signal was transformed by k-TEO (KG19) to highlight the QRS wave of the mother's ECG, and then the position of the R wave of the maternal ECG was determined by a simple threshold method. Then by resampling between adjacent R waves to obtain the same R-R interval T, the mother ECG with the same R-R interval can be separated by a comb filter with an interval of T. Then re-sampling between adjacent R waves to restore the original R-R interval can obtain actual maternal ECG. After subtracting the maternal ECG from the original abdominal signal, the signal-to-noise ratio of fetal ECG QRS wave is greatly improved, and the "clean" fetal ECG waveform can be obtained by applying the algorithm of extracting maternal ECG signal again. Eight groups (26 channels) of pregnant abdominal signal data from Physionet database were selected to analyze the fetal ECG QRS wave position identification sensitivity, positive detection rate and accuracy of each channel data. The results showed that the recognition accuracy of fetal electrocardiogram (QRS) wave was 87.1, of which 6 channels reached 100kW. In addition, the maternal heart rate and the fetal heart rate of each channel were calculated and statistically analyzed. It was found that the average maternal heart rate and the fetal average heart rate of each channel in each group were very close. In the same group, the maximum error of the average heart rate of the mother is 0.1 times / min, while the maximum error of the fetal average heart rate is only 0.9 times / min, which further proves the reliability of the algorithm.
