光配向制程參數(shù)對預(yù)傾角及其光電性能的影響

【摘要】:為了滿足市場對LCD面板高對比度、高畫質(zhì)的需求,光配向作為一種非接觸式的新型配向方法正被廣泛研究。本文采用光裂解型聚酰亞胺取向材料制備得到IPS型測試液晶盒,并針對光配向成膜條件與其所形成的光電效應(yīng)進(jìn)行研究。通過FT-IR、AFM、偏光板角度測試機(jī)等儀器對不同pre-bake和post-bake溫度和時(shí)間下的測試盒的預(yù)傾角及光電特性進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果顯示,pre-bake、post-bake的溫度和時(shí)間與預(yù)傾角、穿透率、對比度和電壓保持率均存在一定的相關(guān)性。本文的研究可以為后人對光配向制程相關(guān)參數(shù)的優(yōu)化提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the market demand for high contrast and high picture quality of LCD panel, optical orientation is widely studied as a new non-contact orientation method. In this paper, IPS type liquid crystal cell was prepared by photocracking polyimide oriented material, and the photorefractive film forming condition and its photoelectric effect were studied. The predip angle and photoelectric characteristics of the test box at different temperature and time of pre-bake and post-bake were characterized by FT-IR AFM and polarizer. The results show that the temperature and time of pre-bake are correlated with predip angle, penetration rate, contrast and voltage retention rate. The research in this paper can be used for reference for future generations to optimize the parameters related to the optical alignment process.
