即興短跑后效對(duì)情緒調(diào)節(jié)效益的研究
[Abstract]:Emotion is the external expression of human experience and the inner background of all psychological activities, which has an important influence on human behavior habits. At the same time, emotional state is also a part of psychological state. Good emotional state plays an important role in the development of college students' physical and mental health and the cultivation of behavioral mechanism. Therefore, resistance and reduction of negative emotions gradually become the necessary strategies to deal with health and behavior problems, and encouraging and strengthening positive emotions gradually become an important means to promote health. In addition, in sports psychology, the effect of physical exercise on emotional state has been confirmed by relevant studies. Physical exercise can not only resist and regulate negative emotions, but also enhance their positive energy. Therefore, in order to better guide college students to exercise, this paper extracts the pulse K value sequence from the physiological signal of human pulse. It is used to analyze the effect of improvisation sprint on emotion regulation. At the same time, combined with the analysis of the scale, it fully demonstrated that exercise has a certain regulating effect on emotion. This paper studied the physiological and psychological changes of two different groups of subjects (exercise subjects and lazy subjects) in the experimental group (with impromptu sprint) and the control group (without impromptu sprint). According to the score of mood state scale in two experimental situations, the total score of mood disorder (TMD). Was calculated. After T test, it was found that the TMD of two different subjects in the situation of impromptu sprint was significantly lower than that in the situation without impromptu sprint. Moreover, the TMD of the exercise subjects was lower than that of the lazy subjects in the situation of no improvisation sprint or impromptu sprint. Pulse K value sequence is used to demonstrate the steps of improvisation sprint to adjust negative emotion as follows: firstly, the pulse wave is de-noised and the peak trough of pulse is located; Then extract the pulse K value sequence and remove the baseline difference and heterosexual data from the pulse K value sequence; then extract the linear, nonlinear and moment features of the pulse K value sequence and select the representative feature set. According to the trend of the same characteristic value in the two different experimental situations, the relationship between the change of the characteristic value and the effect of emotion regulation was found out. The main findings of this paper are as follows: (1) the sequence analysis of K value of pulse diagram shows that the maximum value, mean value and moment characteristics are very good distinctions between the experimental group with impromptu sprint and the control group without impromptu sprint. (2) in the experimental situation of impromptu sprint, By comparing the effects of exercise type and lazy type on negative emotion regulation, it was found that the total score of emotional disorder in exercise type subjects was lower than that in lazy type subjects in negative picture stress stage. The results showed that the positive emotion of the exercise subjects was better than that of the lazy subjects. (3) No impromptu sprint test, By comparing the effects of exercise type and lazy type on negative emotion regulation, it was found that the total score of emotional disorder in exercise type subjects was lower than that in lazy type subjects in negative picture stress stage. It shows that exercise-type subjects are better than lazy-type subjects in regulating negative emotions. According to the research and analysis of this paper, the final conclusion is: based on the pulse K value sequence, we can study the effect of impromptu sprint on the regulation of emotion, and then show that physical exercise has a certain positive effect on regulating people's emotion.
