一種基于殘差分析過濾的安全定位算法

【摘要】:在無線傳感網(wǎng)絡節(jié)點定位中,惡意錨節(jié)點的出現(xiàn)會降低網(wǎng)絡定位性能,為了解決這個問題,根據(jù)節(jié)點定位過程中的惡意錨節(jié)點攻擊特性和定位計算中的殘差問題,提出一種基于殘差分析和過濾的無線傳感網(wǎng)絡安全定位算法。建立了基于距離的安全定位模型,對網(wǎng)絡定位中的殘差問題進行了分析,并且通過殘差特性過濾掉網(wǎng)絡中惡意錨節(jié)點,利用剩余錨節(jié)點信息和梯度下降法對未知節(jié)點實現(xiàn)高精度定位。仿真表明,此算法在多個性能指標下都能取得相對較高的定位精度,并且在高強度的惡意攻擊下也能保持較高的定位性能。此算法不但能有效地抵御惡意攻擊對節(jié)點定位的破壞,還顯著地加強了網(wǎng)絡的定位安全性。
[Abstract]:In the location of wireless sensor network nodes, the appearance of malicious anchor nodes will reduce the performance of network location. In order to solve this problem, a wireless sensor network security location algorithm based on residual analysis and filtering is proposed based on the attack characteristics of malicious anchor nodes and the residual problem in location calculation. The distance security location model is used to analyze the residual problem in the network location, and filter the malicious anchor nodes in the network through the residual characteristics, and use the residual anchor node information and the gradient descent method to locate the unknown nodes with high precision. The simulation shows that the algorithm can obtain relatively high positioning precision under the multi personality index. The algorithm can also maintain high positioning performance under high intensity malicious attacks. This algorithm can not only effectively resist the damage of malicious attacks on node location, but also significantly enhance the location security of the network.
