基于低功耗藍(lán)牙智能健康手表的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:由于經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展、中國社會老齡化的加重以及可穿戴技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,使得更多企業(yè)和個(gè)人加入到智能手表的研發(fā)當(dāng)中。智能手表在迅速發(fā)展的同時(shí),也存在行業(yè)用戶需求不明、產(chǎn)品定位不準(zhǔn)、物物互聯(lián)不暢等方面的困擾;智能手表產(chǎn)品同時(shí)存在功耗高、精度低、穩(wěn)定性差、價(jià)格昂貴和功能單一等缺點(diǎn)。針對以上缺點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)一款基于低功耗藍(lán)牙的智能健康手表,智能手表不僅有著傳統(tǒng)手表查看時(shí)間和日期的功能,還可以獲取用戶的運(yùn)動量、心率和體溫等數(shù)據(jù),為用戶的健康生活提供支撐。對于運(yùn)動檢測模塊主要實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)步器的功能,將LIS3DH獲取的加速度數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行三軸合一,再將數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行兩次滑動平均濾波,使得數(shù)據(jù)曲線更加平滑,利用時(shí)間窗口函數(shù)和幅度閾值設(shè)定獲取數(shù)據(jù)的有效極大值,為了有效的去除晃臂干擾和去除偽峰,算法設(shè)定在6秒內(nèi)有連續(xù)的計(jì)步積累才會計(jì)步,達(dá)到準(zhǔn)確計(jì)步的目的;心率檢測模塊首先通過心率傳感器ePL2197獲得用戶的光電容積脈搏波信號,將采集到的數(shù)據(jù)通過巴特沃斯高通濾波器去除基線漂移問題,再通過巴特沃斯低通濾波器進(jìn)行數(shù)字濾波,去除噪聲和干擾,在經(jīng)過峰值檢測算法得到心率數(shù)據(jù),最終利用光電容積脈搏波信號獲取準(zhǔn)確的心率數(shù)據(jù);對于體溫檢測模塊則是首先將高精度溫度傳感器MLX90615靠近手腕,收集腕部溫度,根據(jù)溫度變化情況作為體溫的參考數(shù)據(jù)。經(jīng)過實(shí)物測試,設(shè)計(jì)的智能手表在計(jì)步、心率和體溫?cái)?shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確度上能夠滿足用戶的日常需求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the aggravation of China's aging society and the rapid development of wearable technology, more enterprises and individuals have joined in the research and development of smart watches. With the rapid development of smartwatch, there are also some problems such as unclear user demand, inaccurate positioning of products, poor interconnection of objects and objects, etc. The products of smart watches also have high power consumption, low precision, poor stability, and so on. The disadvantages of high price and single function. A smart health watch based on low power Bluetooth is designed for the above shortcomings. The smart watch not only has the function of viewing time and date of traditional watch, but also can obtain the data of user's movement, heart rate and body temperature, etc. To provide support for the healthy life of users. For the motion detection module, the function of the pedometer is mainly realized. The acceleration data obtained by LIS3DH is combined with three axes, and then the data is filtered twice by sliding average, which makes the data curve smoother. The time window function and the amplitude threshold are used to obtain the effective maximum of the data. In order to remove the interference of the arm and the false peak effectively, the algorithm is set up in 6 seconds to have a continuous counting step accumulation before accounting step, to achieve the purpose of accurate counting step; The heart rate detection module first obtains the user's photoelectric volume pulse wave signal through the heart rate sensor ePL2197, removes the baseline drift problem through the collected data through the Butterworth high-pass filter, and then carries on the digital filtering through the Butterworth low-pass filter. Removing noise and interference, obtaining heart rate data through peak detection algorithm, and finally obtaining accurate heart rate data by using photovolumic pulse wave signal. For temperature detection module, MLX90615, a high-precision temperature sensor, is first approached to the wrist. Collect wrist temperature and use temperature as reference data. After physical testing, the designed smartwatch can meet the daily needs of users in the accuracy of step, heart rate and temperature data.
