【摘要】：隨著旺盛的衛(wèi)星應(yīng)用社會需求及航天新技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,天基無線電系統(tǒng)相互交叉融合已成趨勢。北斗系統(tǒng)從兩顆衛(wèi)星起步,以快速定位報告(RDSS)與短報文通信(MSS)業(yè)務(wù)為特色建成中國第一代衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航定位系統(tǒng)。隨后,用8年時間構(gòu)建了RNSS連續(xù)導(dǎo)航與RDSS定位報告相結(jié)合的北斗技術(shù)體制,完成了亞太地區(qū)覆蓋。通過有效的衛(wèi)星無線電頻率兼容設(shè)計與國際協(xié)調(diào),北斗系統(tǒng)是世界上第一個被國際電信聯(lián)盟(ITU)規(guī)則認(rèn)可的RNSS、RDSS、MSS三大業(yè)務(wù)相結(jié)合的衛(wèi)星無線電系統(tǒng)。本文闡述了北斗系統(tǒng)在創(chuàng)新超越理念下的三大業(yè)務(wù)、四大功能的發(fā)展歷程、技術(shù)體制、主要特點(diǎn)及前景預(yù)測。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous social demand of satellite applications and the rapid development of new space technology, the intersecting integration of space-based radio systems has become a trend. The Beidou system starts from two satellites and features the services of Rapid Positioning report (RDSS) and short message Communication (MSS) to build the first generation of China's satellite navigation and positioning system. Then, the Beidou technology system, which combines RNSS continuous navigation and RDSS positioning report, is constructed in 8 years, and the coverage of Asia-Pacific region is completed. Through the effective design of satellite radio frequency compatibility and international coordination, Beidou system is the first satellite radio system which is recognized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) as the combination of three major services: RNSSN and RDSSMSS. This paper expounds the development course, technical system, main characteristics and prospect of Beidou system under the idea of transcending innovation.
