GSM-R網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)質(zhì)量對(duì)CTCS-3級(jí)列控系統(tǒng)影響研究

【摘要】:GSM-R通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)是鐵路專(zhuān)用的第二代數(shù)字移動(dòng)通信系統(tǒng),它基于公網(wǎng)成熟的GSM技術(shù),在GSM規(guī)范協(xié)議的基礎(chǔ)上添加了位置尋址和功能尋址等功能以適應(yīng)鐵路專(zhuān)用調(diào)度通信的需要。CTCS-3級(jí)列控業(yè)務(wù)是GSM-R通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)承載的重要業(yè)務(wù)之一,RBC發(fā)出的行車(chē)許可、臨時(shí)限速等重要數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)GSM-R通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)送到列車(chē)上。GSM-R通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)質(zhì)量QoS下降可能對(duì)CTCS-3級(jí)列控系統(tǒng)造成各種影響,例如誤碼、丟包、無(wú)線連接超時(shí)等,是影響CTCS-3級(jí)列控系統(tǒng)可靠運(yùn)行的重要因素之一。本文首先分析了 GSM-R網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)體系,系統(tǒng)研究了 GSM-R網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能指標(biāo)、業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用質(zhì)量、服務(wù)質(zhì)量、場(chǎng)強(qiáng)覆蓋等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上,深入研究了GSM-R網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)質(zhì)量對(duì)CTCS-3級(jí)列控系統(tǒng)的影響,探索實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能監(jiān)控、CTCS-3級(jí)列控業(yè)務(wù)無(wú)線連接超時(shí)預(yù)警的辦法,以達(dá)到預(yù)判、預(yù)防CTCS-3級(jí)列控業(yè)務(wù)無(wú)線連接超時(shí)故障的目標(biāo),提升GSM-R通信系統(tǒng)的可靠性和CTCS-3級(jí)列控業(yè)務(wù)的穩(wěn)定性。最后,本文深入分析西安鐵路局CTCS-3級(jí)列控業(yè)務(wù)無(wú)線超時(shí)案例,結(jié)合GSM-R網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)和GSM-R網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),分析了 CTCS-3級(jí)列控業(yè)務(wù)無(wú)線連接超時(shí)預(yù)警技術(shù)在GSM-R網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護(hù)中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:GSM-R communication network is the second generation digital mobile communication system dedicated to railway. It is based on the mature GSM technology of public network. On the basis of GSM specification protocol, some functions, such as location addressing and function addressing, are added to meet the needs of railway special dispatching communication. CTCS-3 train control service is one of the important services carried by GSM-R communication network, which is issued by RBC. Some important data, such as temporary speed limit and so on, are sent to the train via GSM-R communication network. The quality of service (QoS) of the GSM-R communication network may have a variety of effects on CTCS-3 train control system, such as error code, packet loss, wireless connection timeout, etc. It is one of the important factors that affect the reliable operation of CTCS-3 train control system. This paper first analyzes the evaluation system of GSM-R network service quality, and systematically studies the evaluation methods of GSM-R network performance index, service application quality, service quality, field strength coverage and other key technical indicators. On this basis, the influence of GSM-R network quality of service on CTCS-3 train control system is deeply studied, and the method of realizing network performance monitoring CTCS-3 train control service wireless connection timeout warning is explored in order to achieve advance judgment. The aim of preventing CTCS-3 train control service from wireless connection overtime fault is to improve the reliability of GSM-R communication system and the stability of CTCS-3 train control service. Finally, this paper deeply analyzes the case of CTCS-3 train control service wireless timeout in Xi'an Railway Administration, combining with GSM-R network performance statistics index and GSM-R network interface monitoring data, This paper analyzes the application of CTCS-3 level train control service wireless connection timeout warning technology in GSM-R network maintenance.
