【摘要】:隨著慣性技術發(fā)展,捷聯(lián)慣導產(chǎn)品精度不斷提高,對測試設備性能指標要求不斷提高。在捷聯(lián)慣導產(chǎn)品研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)測試過程中需要測試設備對捷聯(lián)慣導產(chǎn)品進行檢定和標定,并且獲得導航中進行補償?shù)恼`差模型。為提高捷聯(lián)慣導產(chǎn)品的導航精度,降低導航誤差,所以對捷聯(lián)慣導產(chǎn)品的專用測試設備的測試技術和測試方法進行研究和實現(xiàn),且重點對捷聯(lián)慣導產(chǎn)品的輸出信號采集和處理進行研究和實現(xiàn)。本文首先對慣性導航技術和測試設備研究背景和研究現(xiàn)狀簡單介紹。其次,對捷聯(lián)組合慣導測試系統(tǒng)中的數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理的設計方案進行詳細說明;采用自主研發(fā)的通用變送模塊實現(xiàn)多類型模擬信號調(diào)理和處理,自主研發(fā)基于PCI總線16路光耦隔離脈沖數(shù)據(jù)采集卡實現(xiàn)陀螺和加速度計多路脈沖同步計數(shù),重點對數(shù)據(jù)采集單元的原理和設計方案進行闡述。最后對測試數(shù)據(jù)及誤差進行分析。本課題研究的數(shù)據(jù)采集及處理部分解決了捷聯(lián)組合慣導測試系統(tǒng)兼容多種型號慣導產(chǎn)品的檢定和標定的需求。實現(xiàn)了 5路溫度采集精度在±1℃以內(nèi),16路脈沖計數(shù)150KHz以內(nèi)計數(shù)脈沖±1個脈沖誤差以內(nèi),晶振時間基準1×10-9以內(nèi)。本課題研究部分應用于測試系統(tǒng)中,且在工業(yè)現(xiàn)場經(jīng)過長時間測試,運行穩(wěn)定,獲取數(shù)據(jù)準確,完全滿足目前的捷聯(lián)慣導產(chǎn)品性能標定的要求。本方案的實現(xiàn),為捷聯(lián)組合慣導測試系統(tǒng)的研制提供了工程實例參考,為類似數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理提供了相關的測試方法和工程經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:With the development of inertial technology, the precision of strapdown inertial navigation products has been improved, and the performance index of test equipment has been improved. In the process of research and development of strapdown inertial navigation products and production and testing, testing equipment is needed to calibrate and calibrate strapdown inertial navigation products, and the error models for compensation in navigation are obtained. In order to improve navigation accuracy and reduce navigation error of strapdown inertial navigation products, the test technology and test method of special test equipment for strapdown inertial navigation products are studied and implemented. The output signal acquisition and processing of strapdown inertial navigation products are studied and realized. This paper first introduces the research background and research status of inertial navigation technology and test equipment. Secondly, the design scheme of data acquisition and processing in Strapdown Integrated Inertial Navigation Test system is described in detail, and the multi-type analog signal conditioning and processing is realized by using the self-developed universal transmission module. Based on PCI bus 16-channel optocoupler isolation pulse data acquisition card is developed to realize multi-pulse synchronous counting of gyroscope and accelerometer. The principle and design scheme of data acquisition unit are described in detail. Finally, the test data and error are analyzed. The part of data acquisition and processing in this paper solves the requirement of verification and calibration of strapdown integrated inertial navigation system compatible with many types of inertial navigation products.
