保定供電公司LTE無(wú)線專(zhuān)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:伴隨國(guó)網(wǎng)保定供電公司智能電網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展和集約化不斷深入,電力系統(tǒng)配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化、應(yīng)急搶修、輸電在線監(jiān)測(cè)等業(yè)務(wù)接入需求呈現(xiàn)分布廣、種類(lèi)多、運(yùn)行狀態(tài)復(fù)雜、自然條件惡劣等,對(duì)現(xiàn)有保定電力通信系統(tǒng)容量和能力提出了嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn)。有線通信形式存在布線限制、組網(wǎng)靈活性低、升級(jí)擴(kuò)展不便、安裝維護(hù)困難、光纜建設(shè)、租用成本高等問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)長(zhǎng)期演進(jìn)技術(shù)(Time Division Long Term Evolution,TD-LTE)無(wú)線專(zhuān)網(wǎng)對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)各業(yè)務(wù)承載和應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究。首先,對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)配電自動(dòng)化、用電信息采集、智能電網(wǎng)用戶服務(wù)、應(yīng)急搶修檢修管理等業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展規(guī)模、傳輸帶寬要求及業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,對(duì)TD-LTE無(wú)線專(zhuān)網(wǎng)覆蓋能力、業(yè)務(wù)承載能力、信息安全、傳輸特性、可靠性等技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析。然后對(duì)TD-LTE無(wú)線專(zhuān)網(wǎng)的整體架構(gòu)、核心網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)尋址、核心網(wǎng)IP地址、策略控制和業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量保證進(jìn)行規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),最后在保定供電公司在現(xiàn)有的傳輸網(wǎng)和綜合數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)上,為提高保定配電自動(dòng)化覆蓋率,建成滿足信息化、自動(dòng)化、互動(dòng)化為特征的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)智能電網(wǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)配電網(wǎng)調(diào)度主站和配電終端設(shè)備之間可靠安全的信息傳輸。部署4G(第四代移動(dòng)通信技術(shù))無(wú)線通信系統(tǒng),為用電信息采集(包含電動(dòng)汽車(chē)充電站、充電樁的信息采集、中小用戶信息采集)、配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化、輸電在線監(jiān)測(cè)、應(yīng)急搶修、移動(dòng)辦公等業(yè)務(wù)提供靈活的通信服務(wù),為增大通信容量,全面提高通信接入能力和提高通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)穩(wěn)定可靠性,提供應(yīng)急備用高帶寬的無(wú)線通道。保證了通信系統(tǒng)的安全、可靠、穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and intensive development of the smart grid of Baoding Power supply Company, the power system distribution automation, emergency repair, transmission on-line monitoring and other business access requirements are widely distributed, many kinds, complex operation state, etc. The capacity and capability of the existing Baoding electric power communication system are severely tested by the bad natural conditions. Cable communication is limited in wiring, low flexibility in networking, inconvenience in upgrading and expansion, difficulty in installation and maintenance, construction of optical cables, high rental cost and so on. In this paper, time Division long term Evolution (TD-LTE) wireless private network is used to study the load bearing and application of power system services. First of all, the development scale, transmission bandwidth requirements and service characteristics of power system distribution automation, power information collection, smart grid user service, emergency repair and maintenance management are investigated and analyzed, and the coverage capacity of TD-LTE wireless private network is analyzed. Service carrying capacity, information security, transmission characteristics, reliability and other technologies are analyzed. Then the overall architecture of TD-LTE wireless private network, core network addressing, core network IP address, policy control and service quality assurance are planned and designed. Finally, on the basis of existing transmission network and integrated data network, Baoding Power supply Company, In order to improve the coverage rate of distribution automation in Baoding, build a strong smart grid which can meet the needs of information, automation and interaction, and realize the reliable and safe transmission of information between the main station of distribution network and the distribution terminal equipment. Deployment of 4G (fourth generation mobile communication technology) wireless communication system for power information collection (including electric vehicle charging station, charging pile information collection, small and medium user information collection), distribution network automation, transmission on-line monitoring, emergency repair, Mobile office and other services provide flexible communication services, in order to increase the communication capacity, improve the overall communication access capacity and improve the reliability of the communication network, provide emergency standby high bandwidth wireless channels. Ensure the security, reliability, stability and economic operation of the communication system.
