不可靠角度量測(cè)下的目標(biāo)定位與追蹤研究

【摘要】:在目標(biāo)定位與追蹤領(lǐng)域,基于聲信號(hào)的陣列傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)具有能耗低、隱蔽性好的特點(diǎn),在軍事國(guó)防、野外監(jiān)控等領(lǐng)域有重要應(yīng)用。由于實(shí)際應(yīng)用環(huán)境、設(shè)備等方面存在諸多不可控因素,難以保證各陣列節(jié)點(diǎn)均能給出完全可靠的量測(cè)信息。如何在部分量測(cè)不可靠的情況下獲得高可靠的目標(biāo)位置估計(jì)將是一項(xiàng)需要重點(diǎn)研究的工作。本文將針對(duì)以方位角為量測(cè)的聲陣列傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),分別對(duì)單目標(biāo)定位、單移動(dòng)目標(biāo)時(shí)空聯(lián)合定位、多目標(biāo)定位三個(gè)場(chǎng)景,在部分量測(cè)不可靠的情況下,給出具體的魯棒定位方案。本文主要工作包含以下幾個(gè)方面:首先,在單目標(biāo)定位場(chǎng)景中,引入目標(biāo)可行區(qū)域概念,并設(shè)計(jì)基于目標(biāo)可行區(qū)域評(píng)價(jià)的異常量測(cè)檢測(cè)方法和基于l1范數(shù)的單目標(biāo)魯棒定位方法。針對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的魯棒定位方法求解困難的問(wèn)題,提出一種基于區(qū)域拆分和剪枝的快速搜索求解方法。其次,在單移動(dòng)目標(biāo)時(shí)空聯(lián)合定位場(chǎng)景中,基于非機(jī)動(dòng)目標(biāo)短時(shí)間近似勻速直線運(yùn)動(dòng)的前提假設(shè),利用各節(jié)點(diǎn)一段時(shí)間的量測(cè)信息,從概率角度推導(dǎo)節(jié)點(diǎn)可靠性和量測(cè)可靠性的有效評(píng)估方法�;诂F(xiàn)有定位方法,設(shè)計(jì)使用l1范數(shù)改進(jìn)的時(shí)空聯(lián)合單目標(biāo)魯棒定位方法,并基于反向評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)有效的反欺騙魯棒定位方法。最后,在多目標(biāo)定位場(chǎng)景中,由于節(jié)點(diǎn)間量測(cè)關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系未知,易因量測(cè)關(guān)聯(lián)錯(cuò)誤引入不屬于任何目標(biāo)的鬼點(diǎn),針對(duì)該問(wèn)題,本文將提出判別量測(cè)錯(cuò)誤關(guān)聯(lián)的若干充分條件。并對(duì)量測(cè)中存在異常的情況,擴(kuò)展目標(biāo)可行區(qū)域評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,設(shè)計(jì)適用于多目標(biāo)場(chǎng)景的異常檢測(cè)方法。最后將設(shè)計(jì)基于聚類思想的多目標(biāo)定位方法,以進(jìn)一步抑制對(duì)殘留的少量錯(cuò)誤關(guān)聯(lián)和少量異常DOA的影響。
[Abstract]:In the field of target location and tracking, the array sensing network system based on acoustic signal has the characteristics of low energy consumption and good concealment. It has important applications in military defense, field monitoring and other fields. Because of the actual application environment, there are many uncontrollable factors in the equipment and other aspects, it is difficult to ensure that all the array nodes can give complete and reliable measurement information. How to obtain high reliable target location estimation under some unreliable measurement will be a key research work. This paper will focus on the single target location, single moving target spatio-temporal joint location and multi target location, which are unreliable in partial measurement, for the acoustic array sensing network system using azimuth as measurement. In this paper, the specific robust positioning scheme is given. The main work of this paper includes the following aspects: first, the concept of the target feasible region is introduced in the single target location scene, and the anomaly measurement detection method based on the target feasible region evaluation and the robust positioning method based on the L1 norm based monocular standard are designed. In order to solve the difficult problem, a fast search method based on regional separation and pruning is proposed. Secondly, based on the premise of a short time approximate straight line motion of a single moving target, the reliability of a single moving target is based on the assumption of a short time approximate straight line motion, and the node reliability is derived from the probability angle by using the measurement information of each node for a period of time. An effective method of evaluating the reliability of measurement. Based on the existing location method, a spatio-temporal combined single target robust positioning method improved by L1 norm is designed, and an effective anti deception robust positioning method is designed based on the reverse evaluation mechanism. Finally, in the multi target location scenario, the association relationship is unknown because the node interval is unknown. The error introduces the ghost point that does not belong to any target. In view of this problem, this paper will propose a number of sufficient conditions to determine the error Association of the discriminant quantity, and extend the feasible region evaluation mechanism of the target in the case of the anomaly in the measurement, and design the anomaly detection method suitable for the multi target scene. Finally, the multi target location based on the clustering idea is designed. Methods to further suppress the residual error and a small amount of abnormal DOA.
