【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代信息社會(huì)中,便攜式的手持觀測(cè)終端的研究越來(lái)越受到重視。對(duì)這些便攜式的手持設(shè)備所具有的功能要求也是越來(lái)越多,單一功能的設(shè)備已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足用戶的需求。手持終端的使用范圍也越來(lái)越大,在平安城市建設(shè)、公安執(zhí)法、海上監(jiān)控等特殊領(lǐng)域都已經(jīng)普及。本文設(shè)計(jì)的一種具備目標(biāo)定位功能的晝夜觀測(cè)系統(tǒng),采用可見(jiàn)光成像的CCD攝像機(jī)和利用紅外線成像的熱成像探測(cè)器進(jìn)行視頻的輸入。在白天光線充足的時(shí)候,將成像系統(tǒng)切換到CCD成像上,在夜晚或者光線不夠好的情況下將成像系統(tǒng)切換到熱成像上。其中,熱成像是利用景物本身向外輻射出的紅外線來(lái)進(jìn)行成像的,具有良好的隱蔽性,適合軍事偵察中使用。系統(tǒng)集成了 GPS/BD2定位功能,在我們國(guó)內(nèi)可以通過(guò)北斗二代衛(wèi)星進(jìn)行定位,具有定位功能;系統(tǒng)集成了電子羅盤功能,可以獲得觀測(cè)者所處位置的方位信息;系統(tǒng)還集成有激光測(cè)距機(jī)功能,可以指向目標(biāo)物,測(cè)出觀測(cè)者和目標(biāo)物之間的距離信息。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)通過(guò)三節(jié)18650鋰電池進(jìn)行供電,可以保障系統(tǒng)連續(xù)工作時(shí)間,還配有電量檢測(cè)功能,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的電量。系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部通過(guò)核心的運(yùn)算處理單元TMS320DM368對(duì)所測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,可以計(jì)算出目標(biāo)物所處位置的坐標(biāo)信息。系統(tǒng)的電路部分可以對(duì)輸入的視頻進(jìn)行一系列的解碼和編碼操作,實(shí)現(xiàn)攝錄和拍照功能,方便用戶進(jìn)行下一步的取證分析工作。
[Abstract]:In modern information society, more and more attention has been paid to portable handheld observation terminals. These portable handheld devices have more and more functional requirements, single function devices can not meet the needs of users. The use of handheld terminals has become more and more widespread in the construction of peaceful cities, public security law enforcement, maritime surveillance and other special fields. A day and night observation system with the function of target location is designed in this paper. The CCD camera with visible light imaging and the thermal imaging detector with infrared imaging are used to input video. When there is enough light during the day, the imaging system is switched to CCD imaging, and the imaging system is switched to thermal imaging at night or when the light is not good enough. Among them, thermal imaging is based on infrared radiation from the scene itself, which has good concealment and is suitable for military reconnaissance. The system integrates GPS / BD2 positioning function, which can be located by Beidou second generation satellite in our country, the system integrates electronic compass function, and can obtain the position information of the observer. The system also integrates the function of laser rangefinder, which can point to the object and measure the distance information between the observer and the object. The whole system is powered by three sections of 18650 lithium battery, which can guarantee the continuous working time of the system, and also has the function of measuring the electric quantity and monitoring the power of the system in real time. In the system, the measured data can be processed by the core processing unit TMS320DM368, and the coordinate information of the position of the object can be calculated. The circuit part of the system can perform a series of decoding and coding operations on the input video, realize the functions of recording and photographing, and facilitate the next step of forensic analysis.
