【摘要】:提出了一種可控的寬帶多功能反射屏.通過(guò)將射頻微機(jī)電系統(tǒng)技術(shù)與反射屏設(shè)計(jì)相結(jié)合,首先設(shè)計(jì)了可編碼式工作的單元,該單元具有工作頻帶寬、損耗小、控制簡(jiǎn)單的特點(diǎn).由該單元基于不同編碼矩陣構(gòu)成的反射屏可以實(shí)現(xiàn)不同的功能.文中展示了多功能反射屏的極化旋轉(zhuǎn)和捷變散射場(chǎng)性能.仿真結(jié)果表明:設(shè)計(jì)的反射屏在8.9—13.2 GHz頻段范圍內(nèi)極化轉(zhuǎn)化率高達(dá)90%以上,且在8.9—13.1 GHz頻段范圍內(nèi)可實(shí)現(xiàn)10 d B以上的雷達(dá)散射截面減縮.實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果與仿真結(jié)果基本一致.
[Abstract]:A controllable wideband multifunctional reflection screen is proposed. By combining the RF MEMS technology with the design of the reflective screen, a coding unit is designed, which has the advantages of low bandwidth, low loss and simple control. The reflection screen based on different coding matrices can achieve different functions. The polarization rotation and agile scattering field performance of the multifunctional reflector are shown in this paper. The simulation results show that the polarization conversion rate of the designed reflector is over 90% in the frequency range of 8.9-13.2 GHz, and the radar cross section can be reduced by more than 10 dB in the frequency range of 8.9-13.1 GHz. The measured results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
