多諧振U形縫隙納米天線設(shè)計及吸收特性

【摘要】:太陽能收集是解決無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)能量受限的有效手段。針對傳統(tǒng)采用光伏電池收集太陽能的方法易受環(huán)境與光照時間限制、吸收波段窄等問題,提出了一種耦合對稱U形縫隙的多諧振納米天線陣列用于太陽能收集。該天線的單元結(jié)構(gòu)是在銀介質(zhì)基板上刻蝕4個對稱的U形縫隙,U形縫隙附近產(chǎn)生的表面等離激元相互耦合,使其在寬波段內(nèi)產(chǎn)生多個諧振點,從而提高寬波段的平均吸收率。利用時域有限差分方法分析了多諧振U形縫隙納米天線陣列的吸收特性。仿真結(jié)果表明,天線陣列在400~870nm,960~1 100nm兩個波段內(nèi)吸收率較高,并出現(xiàn)多個吸收峰,吸收峰值最大可以達到99%。
[Abstract]:Solar energy collection is an effective method to solve the energy limitation of wireless sensor networks. In order to solve the problem that the traditional solar energy collection method by photovoltaic cells is easy to be restricted by the environment and illumination time and the absorption band is narrow, a multi-resonant nanoscale antenna array coupled with symmetric U-shaped slot is proposed for solar energy collection. The element structure of the antenna is to etch four symmetrical U-shaped gaps near the U-shaped gaps on the silver dielectric substrate, and the surface isopotons are coupled with each other to produce multiple resonance points in the wide band, thus increasing the average absorptivity of the broad band. The absorption characteristics of multi-resonant U-slot nano antenna arrays are analyzed by finite difference time domain (FDTD) method. The simulation results show that the antenna array has a high absorptivity in the two 100nm bands of 400 ~ 870 nm ~ (-1) N ~ (-1) and several absorption peaks, and the maximum absorption peak value can reach to 99 ~ (th).
