【摘要】:目的研究不同絲網(wǎng)印刷工藝對RFID標(biāo)簽性能的影響,得到最優(yōu)絲網(wǎng)印刷工藝條件組合。方法研究印刷速度、刮印壓力、刮印角度、固化條件等參數(shù)變化對天線性能參數(shù)的影響。結(jié)果當(dāng)刮刀速度為50~70 m/min時(shí),天線的阻抗穩(wěn)定,印刷成品質(zhì)量好,天線的可識(shí)別距離最大;刮印壓力的最優(yōu)值為100 N/m左右,刮刀角度應(yīng)大于40°,固化溫度大于110℃,固化時(shí)間應(yīng)在20~40 min之間。結(jié)論標(biāo)簽阻抗隨刮刀速度呈現(xiàn)U形變化,而最大識(shí)別距離呈現(xiàn)相反趨勢;標(biāo)簽阻抗隨刮刀壓力和刮刀角度均成U形變化趨勢;天線阻抗隨著固化時(shí)間和固化溫度的升高而降低,最大識(shí)別距離呈現(xiàn)相反趨勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of different screen printing processes on RFID tag performance and obtain the optimal combination of screen printing process conditions. Methods the effects of printing speed, press, angle and curing conditions on antenna performance were studied. Results when the speed of scraper is 50 ~ 70 m/min, the impedance of antenna is stable, the quality of printed product is good, the discernable distance of antenna is the largest, the optimum value of scraping pressure is about 100N / m, the angle of scraper should be more than 40 擄, and the curing temperature is more than 110 鈩,
