非均勻多導(dǎo)體傳輸線高頻場線耦合分析中的邊界條件

【摘要】:場線耦合問題是電磁兼容分析與電磁效應(yīng)評(píng)估中的重要課題。經(jīng)典場線耦合模型受限于準(zhǔn)TEM波近似,在較高頻率時(shí)將導(dǎo)致不可接受的模型誤差。傳輸線超理論(TLST)建立了高頻場線耦合模型,解決了經(jīng)典場線耦合模型的困難;赥LST介紹了非均勻多導(dǎo)體傳輸線的高頻場線耦合模型,提出了三種不同終端負(fù)載情況下對(duì)應(yīng)邊界條件的設(shè)置方法。最后通過具體算例對(duì)比了高頻模型和經(jīng)典模型以及全波分析計(jì)算結(jié)果,證實(shí)了高頻場線耦合模型的普遍適用性、邊界條件設(shè)置的有效性和數(shù)值實(shí)現(xiàn)過程的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:The field line coupling problem is an important subject in electromagnetic compatibility analysis and electromagnetic effect evaluation. The classical field-line coupling model is limited by the quasi-TEM wave approximation and will lead to unacceptable model errors at higher frequencies. The transmission line supertheory (TLST) has established the high frequency field line coupling model and solved the difficulty of the classical field line coupling model. Based on TLST, the coupling model of high frequency field lines for non-uniform multi-conductor transmission lines is introduced, and three methods for setting boundary conditions under different terminal loads are proposed. Finally, the results of high frequency model, classical model and full wave analysis are compared with each other, which proves the universal applicability of high frequency field line coupling model, the validity of boundary condition setting and the accuracy of numerical realization.
