基于嵌入式LINUX的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)文化水平的顯著提高,人們對(duì)于生活質(zhì)量及工作環(huán)境的要求也越來(lái)越高。與此同時(shí)為了管理大量的物品,倉(cāng)庫(kù)也大量的出現(xiàn),倉(cāng)庫(kù)的管理問(wèn)題也就提上了日程。隨著倉(cāng)庫(kù)大量的增加,其管理難度也越來(lái)越大,如何優(yōu)化倉(cāng)庫(kù)的日常管理也就成為了一個(gè)全新的課題。本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,依托物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、無(wú)線通信技術(shù)、嵌入式Linux技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了基于嵌入式Linux的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)采用B/S架構(gòu),工作人員可以通過(guò)PC登錄網(wǎng)頁(yè)客戶端,實(shí)現(xiàn)倉(cāng)庫(kù)的遠(yuǎn)程控制和監(jiān)控功能,通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)采集終端M0采集環(huán)境信息(溫度,濕度,光照等信息),采集到的信息通過(guò)ZigBee網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸?shù)紽S_4412(運(yùn)行Linux系統(tǒng))。FS_4412作為物聯(lián)網(wǎng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)處理中心和服務(wù)器,實(shí)現(xiàn)了倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)智能化的控制和遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。本文主要研究工作:基于Cortex-A9的FS_4412開(kāi)發(fā)板上進(jìn)行Linux操作系統(tǒng)的移植,在分析倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的功能需求的基礎(chǔ)上,采用Linux C語(yǔ)言,多線程同步和進(jìn)程間通信技術(shù),編寫了數(shù)據(jù)處理中心的主程序,重點(diǎn)描述了倉(cāng)庫(kù)數(shù)據(jù)保存、接收、分析處理、設(shè)備控制等方面線程的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)流程;在分析數(shù)據(jù)采集終端M0的功能需求的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)采集終端M0的主程序,重點(diǎn)介紹了各個(gè)采集設(shè)備的的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì);對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了整體測(cè)試,實(shí)現(xiàn)了基本功能,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定。本系統(tǒng)的的研究工作對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的智能化,自動(dòng)化起到了推動(dòng)作用,具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值和廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of economic and cultural level, the quality of life and working environment are becoming more and more demanding. At the same time, in order to manage a large number of items, warehouse is also a large number of, warehouse management issues have been put on the agenda. With the increasing of warehouse, its management is becoming more and more difficult, how to optimize the daily management of warehouse has become a new topic. In this paper, the development of storage system at home and abroad is analyzed. Based on Internet of things technology, wireless communication technology, embedded Linux technology, sensor technology, a storage system based on embedded Linux is designed. This system adopts B / S structure, the staff can log on to the web client through PC, realize the remote control and monitoring function of warehouse, collect the environmental information (temperature, humidity, humidity) through the data acquisition terminal M0. The collected information is transmitted through the ZigBee network to FSST4412 (running Linux system. FS4412 is the data processing center and server of the storage system of the Internet of things). The intelligent control and remote monitoring of the storage system are realized. The main research work of this paper is as follows: the Linux operating system is transplanted on the FS_4412 development board based on Cortex-A9. On the basis of analyzing the functional requirements of the warehousing system, Linux C language, multi-thread synchronization and inter-process communication technology are adopted. The main program of the data processing center is written, and the detailed design and realization flow of the thread in the storage, receiving, analysis and processing of the warehouse data, equipment control and so on are described in detail, and the function requirement of the data acquisition terminal M0 is analyzed. The main program of data acquisition terminal M0 is designed, the detailed design of each acquisition equipment is introduced, the storage system is tested as a whole, the basic function is realized and the operation is stable. The research work of this system has promoted the intelligence and automation of the storage system of the Internet of things, and has certain practical value and broad application prospect.
