【摘要】：無線傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)常被部署于條件惡劣、無人值守的環(huán)境中,受到惡劣天氣、軟硬件故障、能量不足或者惡意攻擊等因素的影響,傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)感知數(shù)據(jù)的缺失或錯(cuò)誤難以避免。因此,傳感器數(shù)據(jù)流的離群檢測(cè)對(duì)于提高系統(tǒng)可用性至關(guān)重要。提出一種基于約簡(jiǎn)策略與自適應(yīng)SVDD(Support Vector Data Description)的離群檢測(cè)方法(RASVDD),該方法首先使用基于馬氏距離標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的方法約簡(jiǎn)數(shù)據(jù)集,有效地減少了訓(xùn)練樣本;然后利用基于數(shù)據(jù)分布密度準(zhǔn)則和數(shù)據(jù)流時(shí)間相關(guān)性自適應(yīng)更新決策模型。針對(duì)Intel Berkeley數(shù)據(jù)集及Sensor Scope System數(shù)據(jù)集的仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,RASVDD的離群檢測(cè)正確率TPR(True Positive Rate)平均達(dá)98%,誤報(bào)率FPR(False Positive Rate)平均僅為1%,并且與傳統(tǒng)的SVDD算法相比,RASVDD決策模型訓(xùn)練時(shí)間減少了20%以上。
[Abstract]:Wireless sensor networks are often deployed in harsh and unattended environments, which are affected by bad weather, hardware and software failures, insufficient energy or malicious attacks, and the loss or error of sensor nodes' perceptual data is difficult to avoid. Therefore, outlier detection of sensor data stream is very important to improve system availability. A method of outlier detection based on reduction strategy and adaptive SVDD(Support Vector Data Description) is proposed. Firstly, the method based on Markov distance criterion is used to reduce the data set, which effectively reduces the training samples. Then the decision model is updated adaptively based on data distribution density criterion and data stream time correlation. The simulation results on Intel Berkeley data sets and Sensor Scope System datasets show that the correct rate of outlier detection is 98 and the FPR(False Positive rate of false alarm is only 1. Compared with the traditional SVDD algorithm, the training time of RASVDD decision model is reduced by more than 20%.
