【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型的適用于道路檢測探地雷達(dá)的單周期脈沖發(fā)生器。該脈沖發(fā)生器包含驅(qū)動電路、階躍恢復(fù)二極管(SRD)脈沖形成電路和脈沖整形電路三部分。驅(qū)動電路可以使TTL形式的觸發(fā)脈沖變?yōu)殡娏鞲蟮目烨把孛}沖,用來形成給后級電路的驅(qū)動脈沖;SRD脈沖產(chǎn)生電路選取渡越時(shí)間較小的階躍恢復(fù)二極管結(jié)構(gòu),通過對前級電路產(chǎn)生的驅(qū)動脈沖整形得到負(fù)極性高斯脈沖,然后利用微帶短路線、肖特基二極管和電容并聯(lián)實(shí)現(xiàn)生成單周期脈沖和振鈴抑制的功能,提高超寬帶天線輻射的效率以及測量信噪比。測量結(jié)果表明,在1MHz脈沖重復(fù)頻率的情況下,峰峰值最大為23V,脈沖半高寬為138ps,振鈴水平為1.25%,而當(dāng)脈沖重復(fù)頻率提高到5 MHz,該脈沖發(fā)生器產(chǎn)生脈沖波形幅度和帶寬基本沒有太大變化。這些特征說明,該脈沖發(fā)生器具有很高的頻率穩(wěn)定性,且在高分辨率探測應(yīng)用情景中將會有很好的表現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:A new type of single cycle pulse generator for road detection ground penetrating radar is designed. The pulse generator consists of three parts: drive circuit, step recovery diode (SRD) pulse forming circuit and pulse shaping circuit. The driving circuit can change the trigger pulse in the form of TTL into a faster forward pulse with larger current, which is used to form a step recovery diode structure with smaller transition time for the drive pulse generator circuit for the backstage circuit. The negative Gao Si pulse is obtained by shaping the driving pulse generated by the front circuit, and then the single-cycle pulse and ring suppression function is realized by using microstrip short path, Schottky diode and capacitor in parallel. Improve the efficiency of UWB antenna radiation and measure signal-to-noise ratio. The measurement results show that, in the case of 1MHz pulse repetition rate, The maximum peak value is 23V, the pulse half-maximum width is 138psand the ringing level is 1.25. however, when the pulse repetition rate is increased to 5 MHz, the amplitude and bandwidth of the pulse waveform produced by the generator are not much changed. These characteristics show that the pulse generator has high frequency stability and will perform well in high resolution detection applications.
