某雷達(dá)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:機(jī)場跑道的各種異物(FOD),包括飛機(jī)遺落的工具、掉落的零件、外來的石頭、塑料制品等等。這些機(jī)場異物嚴(yán)重威脅著飛機(jī)和乘客的安全,對(duì)這些異物的探測(cè)成為保證飛機(jī)起飛安全的迫切需求。針對(duì)該需求,在某項(xiàng)目的支持下,我們研制了某FOD探測(cè)雷達(dá),本文則著重研究了該雷達(dá)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文的主要工作如下:(1)對(duì)FOD檢測(cè)雷達(dá)的下位機(jī)軟件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),該下位機(jī)軟件是在ADSP TS20X芯片上用VisualDSP++軟件編程實(shí)現(xiàn)的。該下位機(jī)中實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要功能模塊包括:數(shù)據(jù)接收模塊(鏈路口)、數(shù)字信號(hào)處理模塊(FFT和加窗)、門限檢測(cè)模塊、模式檢測(cè)模塊和圖像量化模塊、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)及發(fā)送模塊等。文中給出了該下位機(jī)軟件各個(gè)關(guān)鍵模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)過程和核心代碼,并給出了部分測(cè)試結(jié)果。(2)在上述設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文進(jìn)一步用VC++軟件設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了 FOD檢測(cè)雷達(dá)的上位機(jī)軟件。首先設(shè)計(jì)了上位機(jī)軟件的總體框圖,并進(jìn)一步設(shè)計(jì)了上位機(jī)軟件和下位機(jī)軟件的協(xié)作流程,包括上位機(jī)開機(jī)流程、串口連接流程、上位機(jī)發(fā)送工作指令流程。在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)并編程實(shí)現(xiàn)了上位機(jī)軟件,該上位機(jī)軟件的主要模塊包括串口通信模塊、數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊(包括實(shí)時(shí)目標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)處理和圖形數(shù)據(jù)處理)、界面顯示模塊(包括參數(shù)設(shè)置模塊和繪圖模塊)。最后對(duì)軟件系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了聯(lián)合測(cè)試。該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)實(shí)際用于對(duì)某機(jī)場跑道進(jìn)行異物檢測(cè)。
[Abstract]:A variety of foreign objects on the runway, including aircraft tools, falling parts, exotic stones, plastic products, etc. The foreign bodies in these airports threaten the safety of aircraft and passengers, and the detection of these foreign bodies becomes an urgent need to ensure the safety of aircraft takeoff. In order to meet this demand, we have developed a certain FOD detection radar under the support of a certain project. In this paper, the software design and implementation of the radar are emphatically studied. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the software of FOD detection radar is designed and implemented. The software is programmed on ADSP TS20X chip with VisualDSP software. The main function modules of the lower computer include: data receiving module (link intersection, digital signal processing module, FFT and windowing), threshold detection module, mode detection module and image quantization module, data storage and transmission module, etc. In this paper, the detailed design process and core code of each key module of the lower computer software are given, and some test results are given. In this paper, the upper computer software of FOD detection radar is designed and implemented by VC software. At first, the overall block diagram of the upper computer software is designed, and the cooperation flow of the upper computer software and the lower computer software is further designed, including the upper computer startup process, the serial port connection flow, and the upper computer sending work instruction flow. On this basis, the upper computer software is designed and programmed. The main module of the upper computer software includes serial communication module. Data processing module (including real-time target data processing and graphics data processing module, interface display module (including parameter setting module and drawing module). Finally, the software system is tested jointly. The system has been used to detect foreign bodies in an airport runway.
