低剖面集成化微基站天線研究

【摘要】:相較于前的幾代移動通信網(wǎng)絡(luò),4G移動通信系統(tǒng)由于高速、高質(zhì)量的數(shù)據(jù)、圖像、音視頻傳輸而要求更寬的通信帶寬,致使在移動通信中扮演至關(guān)重要角色的基站天線的設(shè)計和開發(fā)朝著多頻帶和寬頻帶的趨勢發(fā)展。同時,為了減少無線信號在傳輸過程中因多徑衰落造成的不良影響,增加系統(tǒng)的信道容量,雙極化天線的開發(fā)也成為了設(shè)計基站天線的一個熱門點。此外,在4G移動通信時代常用小體積,靈活易安裝的微基站來彌補宏基站信號的覆蓋盲區(qū),因此,設(shè)計小型化、緊湊低剖面,易于集成和共形的微基站天線很有實際意義。本文針對解決室外移動通信信號覆蓋問題的緊湊型集成化微基站進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究,著重于對其低剖面,能夠共形和集成的結(jié)構(gòu)特性,以及要滿足在低仰角(偏離軸向±65°±20°)方向的波束覆蓋輻射特性等方面進(jìn)行了較為深入的分析和探索。本論文的主要工作內(nèi)容歸納為如下幾點:首先,前兩章介紹了本研究內(nèi)容的背景以及集成化緊湊型的微基站天線相關(guān)研究的意義和國內(nèi)外學(xué)者在這方面的研究現(xiàn)狀,并介紹了設(shè)計低剖面緊湊型微基站天線需要涉及到的天線原理方面的理論知識和設(shè)計要點等。其次,介紹可應(yīng)用于室外路面信號覆蓋的低剖面緊湊型集成化的微基站天線分析和設(shè)計,該天線在1.9GHz-2.2GHz頻段內(nèi)能滿足在偏離軸向±65°±20°左右的低仰角方向?qū)崿F(xiàn)最大輻射,且剖面高度僅7mm(約0.044λl)。為保證良好的集成性,天線的物理外觀設(shè)計與所要施加的結(jié)構(gòu)實現(xiàn)了完美的共形。第三,對上述天線進(jìn)行了兩種饋電優(yōu)化,以模擬天線真實的工作狀態(tài)和方便加工制作;并對其進(jìn)行了測試,比較了天線仿真出來的性能效果與實際加工的效果之間的吻合度,證實了天線設(shè)計的可靠性和實用性;然后通過經(jīng)驗總結(jié)再次根據(jù)需求設(shè)計了一款工作于2.5GHz-2.7GHz的低剖面、低仰角輻射的緊湊型共形天線,并探究了多個天線緊密放置對于輻射性能的影響,分析在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計分集天線的可行性。最后,介紹工作于2.5GHz附近的低剖面、雙極化、全向波束覆蓋的天線,并對可能實現(xiàn)更低剖面的雙極化天線的單天線形式進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)探索和驗證。
[Abstract]:Compared with the previous generation of mobile communication networks, 4G mobile communication systems require wider communication bandwidth due to high speed, high quality data, image, audio and video transmission. The design and development of base station antennas which play a vital role in mobile communications are developing towards the trend of multi band and broadband. The development of dual polarized antenna has also become a hot spot in the design of base station antenna. In 4G mobile communication era, small volume, flexible and easy to install micro base station can make up for the blind area of Acer station signal, so the design miniaturized and tight. The micro base station antenna with low profile and easy to integrate and conformal is of practical significance. This paper studies the compact and integrated micro base station which solves the problem of outdoor mobile communication signal coverage, focusing on its low profile, conformal and integrated structure characteristics, as well as in the direction of low elevation angle (deviation axis + 65 + 20 degrees). The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows: first, the first two chapters introduce the background of the research content, the significance of the integrated and compact micro base station antenna research, and the research status of the domestic and foreign scholars in this field. It is necessary to design the theoretical knowledge and design points of the antenna principle in the design of a low profile compact Microbase station antenna. Secondly, it introduces the analysis and design of a compact and integrated Microbase station antenna which can be applied to the coverage of the outdoor pavement signal. The antenna can be satisfied in the 1.9GHz-2.2GHz frequency range of about 65 degree + 20 degrees in the deviation axis. The maximum radiation is achieved in the direction of low elevation, and the height of the section is only 7mm (about 0.044 L). In order to ensure good integration, the physical appearance design of the antenna and the structure to be applied are perfectly conformal. Third, two kinds of feed optimization are carried out to the above antenna to simulate the actual working state of the antenna and make it convenient for processing. In the test, the agreement between the performance effect of the antenna simulation and the effect of the actual processing is compared, and the reliability and practicability of the antenna design are confirmed. Then, through the experience, a compact conformal antenna with low profile, low elevation and radiating is designed, and several antennas are explored according to the experience. The effect of close placement on radiation performance and the feasibility of designing the diversity antenna on this basis are analyzed. Finally, a low profile, dual polarization, omnidirectional beam covering antenna near 2.5GHz is introduced, and the single antenna form of a dual polarized antenna that may have a lower profile is improved and verified.
