極化與頻率可重構(gòu)天線設(shè)計

【摘要】:本文就極化可重構(gòu)和頻率可重構(gòu)天線的研究背景,討論了極化與頻率可重構(gòu)天線的研究目的和意義,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計了兩款極化可重構(gòu)天線和一款頻率可重構(gòu)手機天線。實測和仿真性能均達(dá)到設(shè)計要求。論文的主要工作內(nèi)容總結(jié)如下:第一,提出一種共面波導(dǎo)饋電的極化可重構(gòu)四葉草天線,可實現(xiàn)左旋圓極化和右旋圓極化的工作狀態(tài)切換。在四葉草結(jié)構(gòu)的中心處安裝四個PIN二極管,用于控制圓極化的旋向。天線工作在2.45GHz頻段,兩種極化狀態(tài)下實測-10dB阻抗帶寬達(dá)到300MHz (2.28~2.58GHz),實測3dB軸比帶寬為440MHz(2.1~2.54GHz),帶寬內(nèi)實測增益大于2dBi,最高增益達(dá)到3.89dBi。第二,提出了一款圓極化可重構(gòu)天線,該天線具有新穎的天線結(jié)構(gòu),可工作在WLAN,RFID,ETC等短距離無線通信系統(tǒng)。-10dB阻抗帶寬為5.78-5.96GHz,3dB軸比帶寬為5.61-5.99GHz,中心頻率增益為3.84dBi。通過安裝在共面波導(dǎo)接地端兩個PIN二極管的通斷來控制天線的極化方式的切換,天線的饋電使用一個T型偏置器饋入直流和射頻信號,直流信號用于控制二極管的通斷。為5.8GHz頻段的極化可重構(gòu)天線設(shè)計提供了新的思路。第三,提出一種使用射頻開關(guān)控制的頻率可重構(gòu)手機天線,采用單極子耦合饋電結(jié)構(gòu),天線由一段倒L型饋電枝節(jié),一條高頻接地枝節(jié)和一條低頻接地枝節(jié)構(gòu)成,低頻枝節(jié)通過射頻開關(guān)分別連接四個不同值的電感。通過射頻開關(guān)將低頻枝節(jié)分別串聯(lián)不同的電感耦合接地,從而對低頻實現(xiàn)頻率重構(gòu)。天線-6dB阻抗帶寬可以覆蓋低頻683-960MHz和高頻1460-2820MHz頻段。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the purpose and significance of polarization and frequency reconfigurable antennas are discussed based on the research background of polarization reconfigurable antenna and frequency reconfigurable antenna. Two polarized reconfigurable antennas and a frequency reconfigurable mobile phone antenna are designed. The measured and simulated performances meet the design requirements. The main work of this paper is summarized as follows: first, a coplanar waveguide fed poled reconfigurable clover antenna is proposed, which can switch the working state between left-handed circular polarization and right-handed circular polarization. Four PIN diodes are installed at the center of the clover structure to control the rotation of circular polarization. The antenna operates in the 2.45GHz band. The measured -10dB impedance bandwidth of the antenna reaches 300MHz 2.28 ~ 2.58 GHz / L in two polarization states, and the measured 3dB axis ratio bandwidth is 440 MHz / 2. 1 / 2. 54 GHz / 2. The measured gain in the bandwidth is more than 2 dBi.The maximum gain is 3.89 dBi. Secondly, a circular polarized reconfigurable antenna is proposed. The antenna has a novel antenna structure and can work in short range wireless communication systems such as WLAN RF IDTc. The impedance bandwidth of 5.78-5.96GHz / 3dB axis is 5.61-5.99GHz, and the center frequency gain is 3.84dBi. The switching of the antenna polarization mode is controlled by the on-off of two PIN diodes mounted on the ground end of the coplanar waveguide. The antenna feed uses a T-type bias to feed into the DC and RF signals, and the DC signal is used to control the on-off of the diode. It provides a new idea for the design of polarized reconfigurable antenna in 5.8GHz band. Thirdly, a frequency reconfigurable mobile phone antenna controlled by RF switch is proposed. The antenna is composed of a segment of inverted L-shaped feed section, a high-frequency ground branch and a low-frequency earthing branch. The low frequency branch is connected to four different inductors by radio frequency switch. The low frequency segments are connected in series with different inductively coupled earthing by radio frequency switch, so the frequency reconstruction of the low frequency can be realized. Antenna-6 dB impedance bandwidth can cover low frequency 683-960MHz and high frequency 1460-2820MHz band.
