(1-x)La 8/9 Sr 1/45 Na 4/45 MnO 3 /x(Cr 2 O 3 )的電輸運(yùn)性質(zhì)及室溫磁電阻增

用固相反應(yīng)法制備(1-x)La8/9Sr1/45Na4/45MnO3/x(Cr2O3)(x=0,0.05,0.10,0.20)系列樣品。通過X射線衍射(XRD)圖譜、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)照片,探究晶體結(jié)構(gòu);通過零場(chǎng)和加場(chǎng)(B=0.8 T)的電阻率-溫度(ρ-T)曲線,研究電輸運(yùn)性質(zhì);并作出磁電阻-溫度(MR-T)曲線,研究磁電阻行為。結(jié)果表明:樣品是鈣鈦礦氧化物與Cr2O3二相復(fù)合體,復(fù)合樣品的電輸運(yùn)性質(zhì)與母體截然不同,在整個(gè)測(cè)試溫區(qū)表現(xiàn)為絕緣體導(dǎo)電行為,因?yàn)镃r2O3是絕緣體,它包覆在鈣鈦礦顆粒表面形成厚厚的勢(shì)壘層,自旋電子難以穿越;復(fù)合樣品在室溫附近很寬泛溫區(qū)磁電阻大大增強(qiáng),x=0.10的樣品,在172320 K溫區(qū)MR>14.3%,x=0.20的樣品,在250320 K溫區(qū)MR>15%。在室溫附近如此寬泛...
