中子比釋動(dòng)能系數(shù)和輻射損傷截面計(jì)算程序KDC的研發(fā)

【摘要】:為彌補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)在由評(píng)價(jià)核數(shù)據(jù)出發(fā)計(jì)算中子比釋動(dòng)能(KERMA)系數(shù)和輻射損傷截面的程序方面的空白,建立了中子KERMA系數(shù)和輻射損傷截面計(jì)算方法,并基于FORTRAN-90程序語(yǔ)言開發(fā)了具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的中子KERMA系數(shù)和輻射損傷截面計(jì)算程序KDC。另外,針對(duì)能量平衡檢查過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的能量不平衡問(wèn)題,提出了一種對(duì)不合理KERMA系數(shù)進(jìn)行直接修訂的方法,即用運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)上限替代不合理KERMA系數(shù),并在KDC程序中實(shí)現(xiàn)了這一修訂功能。通過(guò)將KDC程序與國(guó)際上廣泛應(yīng)用的核數(shù)據(jù)處理程序系統(tǒng)NJOY中的HEATR模塊的計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行比對(duì),驗(yàn)證了KDC程序在計(jì)算結(jié)果和功能上的可靠性。
[Abstract]:In order to make up for the blank in the calculation of neutron specific kinetic energy and radiation damage cross section from the evaluation nuclear data, a method for calculating neutron KERMA coefficient and radiation damage cross section is established. Based on FORTRAN-90 program language, a program for calculating neutron KERMA coefficient and radiation damage cross section with independent intellectual property is developed. In addition, aiming at the energy imbalance problem found in the energy balance inspection, a direct revision method of unreasonable KERMA coefficient is put forward, that is, the upper limit of kinematics is used to replace the unreasonable KERMA coefficient. And in the KDC program to achieve this revision function. By comparing the results of the KDC program with the HEATR module in the nuclear data processing system NJOY which is widely used in the world, the reliability of the calculation result and function of the KDC program is verified.
