二價與三價銪共摻雜的硫酸鍶熒光特性

【摘要】:以三價銪離子為單一銪源,采用化學(xué)共沉淀法制備了二價銪與三價銪共摻雜的SrSO_4熒光粉體材料.通過X射線衍射儀、掃描電鏡、光致發(fā)光譜儀對該熒光粉的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌、光致發(fā)光特性進行分析.研究發(fā)現(xiàn):所合成的SrSO_4粉體材料為二價銪與三價銪共摻雜的SrSO_4微晶,其大小在1~10μm之間.在325nm的紫外光激發(fā)下該微晶能發(fā)射很強的絳紅色熒光,其光致光譜由一個位于379nm的寬發(fā)光帶和位于575nm、591nm和612nm的三個窄發(fā)光帶組成.基于局域密度近似的密度泛函理論,計算了SrSO_4的能帶結(jié)構(gòu)及其氧缺陷能級,然后以能帶結(jié)構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ)討論了二價銪與三價銪共摻雜SrSO_4的發(fā)光機理.峰位于379nm的寬發(fā)光帶可歸因于SrSO_4微晶中二價銪離子發(fā)光中心的4f~65d~1→4f~7的電子躍遷,而三個紅色窄發(fā)光峰分別來自三價銪離子~5D_0→~7F_0,~5D_0→~7F_1,~5D_0→~7F_2的電子躍遷.實驗表明二價銪與三價銪共摻雜的SrSO_4能作為高效的絳紅色熒光粉.
[Abstract]:SrSO_4 phosphors doped with trivalent europium and divalent europium were prepared by chemical coprecipitation with trivalent europium ion as a single europium source. The crystal structure, morphology and photoluminescence characteristics of the phosphor were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope and photoluminescence spectrometer. It is found that the synthesized SrSO_4 powder is a SrSO_4 microcrystal doped with divalent europium and trivalent europium, and its size is between 1 渭 m and 10 渭 m. The crystal can emit strong crimson fluorescence under UV excitation of 325nm. Its photoluminescence consists of a wide luminescence band located in 379nm and three narrow luminescent bands at 575 nm and 591 nm 612nm. Based on the density functional theory of local density approximation, the energy band structure and oxygen defect level of SrSO_4 are calculated. Based on the energy band structure, the luminescence mechanism of SrSO_4 doped with divalent europium and trivalent europium is discussed. The wide luminescence band located in 379nm can be attributed to the electronic transition of 4f~65d~1 4f~7 in the EU ~ (2 +) luminescence center in SrSO_4 microcrystals, while the three narrow red luminescence peaks are derived from the electronic transition of EU ~ (3 +) ion ~ (5) D ~ (+) ~ + _ (5) D _ (0) _ 0 ~ (5) D _ (0) ~ 5 ~ (D ~ (-1) / s ~ (-1) / s ~ + ~ 5D _ 1 ~ + _ The experimental results show that SrSO_4 doped with trivalent europium and divalent europium can be used as highly efficient crimson phosphors.
