基于Pareto優(yōu)化理論的多目標超橢梯度線圈設(shè)計

【摘要】:磁共振系統(tǒng)梯度線圈設(shè)計是一個多目標優(yōu)化問題,在設(shè)計時需要綜合考慮能耗、磁場能、線性度等設(shè)計要求.這些設(shè)計要求通常難以同時獲得極小解,因此在設(shè)計梯度線圈時需要權(quán)衡線圈的各方面的設(shè)計需求.本文基于柱面可展性和流函數(shù)設(shè)計方法,結(jié)合Pareto優(yōu)化方法實現(xiàn)了在超橢圓柱設(shè)計表面上梯度線圈的多目標設(shè)計.分別分析了磁場能、能耗目標對梯度線圈線性度、線圈構(gòu)型的影響;并在Pareto解空間中分析各目標的相互變化關(guān)系,通過數(shù)值算例驗證了該方法在超橢梯度線圈設(shè)計時的有效性與靈活性.優(yōu)化結(jié)果顯示,在滿足線性度誤差小于5%,能耗與磁場能分別小于用戶設(shè)定值的設(shè)計約束下,梯度線圈的多目標設(shè)計存在多個局部優(yōu)化解.該方法可以直觀地比較相同目標函數(shù)值的情況下各單目標的具體表現(xiàn),有利于實現(xiàn)不同的設(shè)計要求下梯度線圈的最終定型設(shè)計.
[Abstract]:Magnetic resonance gradient coil system design is a multi-objective optimization problem, when the design needs to consider energy, magnetic field energy, linearity and other design requirements. These requirements are often difficult to simultaneously obtain minimal, so the design demand the trade-off needs in the design of gradient coil coil. The cylindrical developable and stream function the design method based on the combination of Pareto optimization method in multi-objective design of super elliptic cylinder design on the surface gradient coil are analyzed. The magnetic field energy and energy consumption target of gradient coil linearity, influence of coil configuration; and in the Pareto solution of the relationship between the variation analysis of the target space, the numerical results show that the proposed the method is effective and flexible in superelliptical gradient coil design. The optimization results show that to meet the linearity error is less than 5%, energy consumption and magnetic field are less than the preset value. There are multiple local optimization solutions for multi-objective design of gradient coils under the constraint of the meter. This method can visually compare the performance of each single target under the same objective function value, which is beneficial to achieve the final design of the gradient coil under different design requirements.
