TM模式同軸布喇格結(jié)構(gòu)頻率響應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:基于多波耦合理論,利用Fortran編程軟件,以TM模式為工作模式,對工作在太赫茲頻段的開正弦槽同軸布喇格反射器的頻率響應(yīng)進行了仿真研究。研究結(jié)果表明,在高頻高階TM模式下,競爭模式和所需工作模式帶隙之間的帶隙重疊可以通過初始相位差的逐漸增大得到明顯改善;頻響特性曲線的殘存旁瓣可通過加窗技術(shù)得到有效抑制;加正圓錐或者倒圓錐漸變波紋時,工作模式影響較小,競爭模式會相應(yīng)地偏離中心頻帶,對帶隙重疊的分離也有一定的影響。研究為同軸布喇格反射器在太赫茲領(lǐng)域以TM模式工作提供了可能性。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of multi-wave coupling, the frequency response of a sinusoidal slot coaxial Bragg reflector working in terahertz band is simulated by using Fortran programming software and TM mode.The results show that the band gap overlap between the competition mode and the desired mode can be improved by increasing the initial phase difference in high order TM mode.The residual sidelobe of the frequency response characteristic curve can be effectively suppressed by windowing technique. When the positive cone or the inverted cone is gradually changing the ripple, the influence of the working mode is small, and the competition mode will deviate from the center frequency band accordingly.The separation of band gap overlaps is also affected to some extent.The study provides a possibility for coaxial Bragg reflector to work in TM mode in terahertz field.
