【摘要】：為了對3維激光掃描技術(shù)的測量精度做出評估,以激光雷達(dá)測量系統(tǒng)為研究對象,基于誤差橢球理論建立了測量系統(tǒng)的點位誤差模型;依據(jù)點云平面誤差橢球的分布特性,提出了點云擬合平面的不確定度模型,用于評估與擬合平面關(guān)聯(lián)的尺寸測量精度;通過對箱體類物體高度的測量實驗,獲得了實際測量不確定度,并與模型仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比。結(jié)果表明,該模型可較準(zhǔn)確地估算出高度的測量不確定度,從而驗證了其有效性及實際意義。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the measurement accuracy of 3D laser scanning technology, the point position error model of the measurement system is established based on the error ellipsoid theory, and the distribution characteristics of the point cloud plane error ellipsoid are analyzed.The uncertainty model of point cloud fitting plane is put forward, which is used to evaluate the accuracy of dimension measurement associated with the fitting plane, and the actual measurement uncertainty is obtained by measuring the height of box body.The results are compared with the simulation results.The results show that the model can accurately estimate the uncertainty of the measurement, which verifies its validity and practical significance.
