【摘要】：在利用氣墊導(dǎo)軌裝置及配件進(jìn)行的各類(lèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)中,速度作為一個(gè)基本的待測(cè)量,其準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量有著重要的意義.通常利用MUJ-6B通用計(jì)數(shù)器記錄不同類(lèi)型擋光片經(jīng)過(guò)光電門(mén)的遮光時(shí)間,用游標(biāo)卡尺測(cè)得遮光距離從而得到速度值.本文從光電計(jì)時(shí)原理分析了使用U形擋光片、計(jì)時(shí)方式2不會(huì)出現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)誤差,而使用條形擋光片、計(jì)時(shí)方式1會(huì)出現(xiàn)較大系統(tǒng)誤差的原因.我們進(jìn)一步利用氣墊導(dǎo)軌上兩彈簧連接滑塊做簡(jiǎn)諧振動(dòng)模型的理論公式推導(dǎo)出條形擋光片遮光時(shí)被光電門(mén)"吞掉"的寬度,進(jìn)而得到了速度的修正公式.此外,通過(guò)氣墊導(dǎo)軌上的動(dòng)量守恒實(shí)驗(yàn)從另外一個(gè)角度驗(yàn)證了速度修正方法的正確性.
[Abstract]:In all kinds of experiments using air cushion guideway devices and accessories, velocity is a basic to be measured, and its accurate measurement is of great significance.Generally, the MUJ-6B universal counter is used to record the shading time of different types of light arresters passing through the optoelectronic gate, and the shading distance is measured by the Vernier caliper to obtain the velocity value.Based on the principle of optoelectronic timing, this paper analyzes the reason why there is no systematic error in mode 2 of timing when using U shaped block, and the reason that there is a large system error in mode 1 of timing by using strip block.We further use the theoretical formula of two spring connected sliders on the air cushion guideway as a simple harmonic vibration model to deduce the width of the strip block "swallowed" by the optoelectronic gate while shading the light, and then obtain the correction formula of the velocity.In addition, the correctness of the velocity correction method is verified from another angle by the momentum conservation experiment on the air cushion guideway.
