【摘要】：提出了一種無損檢測眼鏡鏡片基底折射率的方法。該方法通過測量眼鏡鏡片在可見光區(qū)域內(nèi)的反射比數(shù)據(jù),采用高斯牛頓迭代法擬合反射比曲線來檢測鏡片基底折射率,并用Cauchy模型分析了鏡片折射率的色散現(xiàn)象。檢測結(jié)果表明,鏡片折射率的相對誤差不超過2%,可基本滿足對鏡片折射率區(qū)間的判定。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a method for nondestructive measurement of the refractive index of the lens substrate is presented. The reflectance of the lens is measured by measuring the reflectance data of the lens in the visible region, and the reflectance curve is fitted by Gao Si Newton iterative method to measure the refractive index of the lens substrate. The Cauchy model is used to analyze the dispersion of the refractive index of the lens. The results show that the relative error of the refractive index of the lens is less than 2, which can basically satisfy the determination of the refractive index range of the lens.
