【摘要】:介紹了基于復(fù)合腔結(jié)構(gòu)的全固態(tài)波長可調(diào)諧的連續(xù)橙紅色激光的輸出特性。該復(fù)合腔由一個使用周期極化晶體MgO∶PPLN的信號光單諧振光參量振蕩器和一個LD側(cè)面泵浦Nd∶GdVO_4晶體的1 062.9nm基頻光諧振腔構(gòu)成。s-偏振1 062.9nm泵浦光抽運(yùn)單諧振光參量振蕩器產(chǎn)生s-偏振信號光腔內(nèi)獨(dú)立振蕩。通過復(fù)合腔結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計,使獨(dú)立振蕩的p-偏振1 062.9nm基頻光與s-偏振信號光在2個子腔的重疊區(qū)內(nèi)通過II類角度匹配KTP晶體的腔內(nèi)和頻過程獲得橙紅色激光。當(dāng)MgO∶PPLN晶體的調(diào)諧溫度從30℃上升至200℃時,s-偏振信號光的中心波長產(chǎn)生紅移,導(dǎo)致其與p-偏振1 062.9nm基頻光和頻產(chǎn)生的橙紅色激光的中心波長從620.2nm紅移至628.9nm。同時測得中紅外波段閑頻光的中心波長從3 714.2nm藍(lán)移至3 438.3nm。在30℃最低設(shè)定溫度時,中心波長620.2nm的橙紅色激光和中心波長3 714.2nm的閑頻光最大連續(xù)輸出功率分別達(dá)到2.0 W和2.9 W。
[Abstract]:The output characteristics of an all-solid-state tunable continuous orange-red laser based on a composite cavity structure are described. The complex cavity is pumped by a signal-optical single-resonance optical parametric oscillator using a periodically polarized crystal MgO:PPLN and a LD side-pumped laser. The 1062.9nm fundamental frequency optical resonator of Nd:GdVO_4 crystal is composed of .s-polarization 1062.9 nm pumping single resonant optical parametric oscillator to produce the independent oscillation in the S-polarization signal cavity. The structure of the compound cavity is optimized. The orange-red laser is obtained by matching the intracavity sum frequency process of the KTP crystal with the independent oscillating p062.9 nm fundamental frequency light and the S-polarization signal light in the overlapping region of the two subcavities.
