樣品物理方法前處理提高豬肉中Pb元素的LIBS分析精度研究

【摘要】:農(nóng)產(chǎn)品基體復(fù)雜,為了減弱水分和有機質(zhì)對其痕量重金屬元素LIBS檢測能力的影響,以期提高目標元素LIBS分析靈敏度和預(yù)測精度。以實驗室含Pb溶液污染處理的新鮮豬肉樣品為例,對豬肉樣品進行烘干、粉碎、壓片處理,比較樣品簡單的物理方法前處理提高目標元素LIBS探測效果的可行性。通過采集豬肉鮮樣和干樣的LIBS譜線信息發(fā)現(xiàn),鮮樣受水分、有機質(zhì)成分影響致使其譜線信息背景和噪聲信號干擾較大;對于10個濃度梯度的樣品,目標元素特征譜線PbⅠ405.78的LIBS強度信息在鮮樣中無明顯的差異性,而在干樣樣品中差異明顯并表現(xiàn)出一定的梯度關(guān)系。說明LIBS缺乏對鮮樣樣品低濃度Pb污染的探測能力,干燥處理削弱了水分的影響、濃縮了樣品濃度范圍,提高了LIBS的檢測靈敏度。通過目標元素Pb的真實濃度與其特征譜線LIBS強度線性定量模型分析,干樣樣品的線性相關(guān)系數(shù)遠大于鮮樣樣品,此時豬肉干樣樣品檢測限為5.13mg·kg~(-1),說明干樣樣品具有一定的預(yù)測精度。整個工作證明豬肉等農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在經(jīng)過合適的、簡單的物理方法前處理后,有望在LIBS分析靈敏度和檢測精度方面發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的潛力,且該物理方法前處理同樣適用于其他肉類的LIBS檢測分析。
[Abstract]:The matrix of agricultural products is complex. In order to reduce the influence of water and organic matter on the LIBS detection ability of trace heavy metals, In order to improve the sensitivity and prediction accuracy of LIBS analysis of target elements, the fresh pork samples contaminated by Pb solution in laboratory were taken as an example, the pork samples were dried, crushed and pressed. Comparing the feasibility of sample pretreatment with simple physical method to improve the detection effect of target element LIBS, it was found that the fresh sample was moisturized by collecting the LIBS spectral line information of fresh and dry samples. The influence of organic matter on the spectral line information background and noise signal of the target elements in the samples with 10 concentration gradients showed that there was no significant difference in the LIBS intensity information of the target element characteristic line Pb 鈪,
