45~#鋼光纖激光毛化數(shù)值模擬及實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了在模具上加工出特定的毛化形貌和尺寸,采用計(jì)算流體力學(xué)軟件Fluent探究形貌成型機(jī)理,建立了激光毛化過程3維瞬態(tài)模型?紤]熱傳導(dǎo)、熱對(duì)流、材料熱物性參量等影響因素,采用焓法處理固液相變移動(dòng)邊界,通過用戶自定義函數(shù)加載激光熱源,計(jì)算得出熔池溫度場(chǎng)與流場(chǎng);跀(shù)值模擬,采用單因素輪換法進(jìn)行了毛化工藝試驗(yàn),研究了激光功率密度、脈寬兩因素對(duì)毛化形貌、幾何參量的影響。結(jié)果表明,激光功率密度在2.04×104W/mm2~3.57×104W/mm2,脈寬在100μs~1000μs之間;以氮?dú)庾鳛檩o助氣體,可獲得球冠狀、凹頂球冠狀、M狀3種形貌。該結(jié)果對(duì)模具毛化種類具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to process the specific shape and size of the wool on the mould, a 3D transient model of laser fusifying process was established by using the computational fluid dynamics software Fluent to explore the shaping mechanism. The heat conduction and heat convection were considered. The enthalpy method is used to deal with the moving boundary of solid-liquid phase transition, and the laser heat source is loaded by the user-defined function. The temperature field and flow field of the molten pool are calculated. The effects of laser power density and pulse width on the morphology and geometric parameters were studied by single factor rotation method. The results show that the laser power density is 2.04 脳 10 4 W / mm 2 and the pulse width is between 100 渭 s and 1000 渭 s, the laser power density is 2.04 脳 10 4 W / mm 2 and the pulse width is between 100 渭 s and 1000 渭 s. Three kinds of morphologies such as spherical coronal shape and concave crown shape were obtained.
