【摘要】：基于聲散射理論,考慮煤粉不規(guī)則度對聲衰減的影響,通過數(shù)值模擬分析不同物性參數(shù)的影響,得出聲衰減系數(shù)隨煤粉體積分?jǐn)?shù)和粒度的變化關(guān)系。設(shè)計(jì)中心頻率分別為40、200 kHz的一體式超聲波探針,使用疊加猝發(fā)波作為信號激勵源以簡化實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置。在某電廠煤粉管道開展不同深度測點(diǎn)的實(shí)時(shí)在線測量,進(jìn)行時(shí)長1 h的連續(xù)測量實(shí)驗(yàn),同步測得煤粉平均體積分?jǐn)?shù)約0.11%和平均粒徑約35μm。該方法能夠?qū)崟r(shí)在線測量管內(nèi)煤粉的體積分?jǐn)?shù)和粒度,有效改善磨煤機(jī)工況和提高鍋爐燃燒器效率。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of acoustic scattering, considering the influence of the irregularity of pulverized coal on acoustic attenuation, the influence of different physical parameters is analyzed by numerical simulation. The relationship of acoustic attenuation coefficient with the volume fraction and particle size of pulverized coal is obtained. An integrated ultrasonic probe with center frequency of 40,200 kHz is designed. The superimposed burst wave is used as the source of signal excitation to simplify the experimental device. The real-time on-line measurement of different depth measurement points is carried out in a power plant's pulverized coal pipeline, and the continuous measurement experiment is carried out for one hour. The average volume fraction of pulverized coal is about 0.11% and the average particle size is about 35 渭 m. This method can be used to measure the volume fraction and particle size of pulverized coal in the tube in real time and improve the working condition of pulverizer and the efficiency of boiler burner.
