【摘要】：基于一階波恩近似,研究了部分空間相干平面光經(jīng)準(zhǔn)均勻介質(zhì)的散射特性,得到了遠場散射光譜強度和光譜相干度的解析表達式。討論了入射光的空間相干性和介質(zhì)特性對散射場光譜強度和光譜相干度的影響。比較了入射光是完全相干光和部分相干光時,散射場光譜強度和相干度的區(qū)別。研究結(jié)果表明:入射光的空間相干性對散射場光譜強度的分布有重要影響;隨著入射光空間相干長度的增大,光譜寬度減小;光譜相干度隨著入射光束腰寬度或介質(zhì)有效半徑的增大而減小。當(dāng)準(zhǔn)均勻介質(zhì)的有效半徑和相干長度、入射光的空間相干長度滿足一定條件時,散射光是完全相干光。
[Abstract]:Based on the approximation of one order of Bonn, partially coherent light scattering characteristics of planar quasi homogeneous medium, the far-field scattering intensity and the spectral coherence is obtained. The analytical expression for the degree of spatial coherence and dielectric properties of the incident light coherence effect on the spectral intensity and the spectral scattering field is discussed. Comparison of the incident light is completely and partially coherent light, scattering field difference between spectral intensity and coherence. The results show that the spatial coherence of the incident light has an important influence on the scattering spectral intensity distribution of incident light; with the increase of the spatial coherence length, the spectral width decreases; the spectral degree of coherence with increase of the incident beam waist width or medium effective radius decreases. When the effective radius of quasi homogeneous medium and coherent length, spatial coherence of the incident light length satisfy certain conditions, the scattering light is completely coherent.
