【摘要】：提出了一種基于空芯光纖模間干涉原理的環(huán)境溫度和磁場(chǎng)雙參數(shù)傳感器,為了使光入射進(jìn)空芯光纖壁中,將空芯光纖與單模光纖錯(cuò)位熔接,傳感部分用毛細(xì)玻璃管封裝,空芯光纖內(nèi)外分別填充酒精和磁流體.除了光纖材料的熱光效應(yīng)和熱膨脹效應(yīng)外,環(huán)境溫度變化會(huì)引起兩種溶液折射率的變化,而磁場(chǎng)變化僅引起空芯光纖外的磁流體折射率變化.理論計(jì)算可知空芯光纖壁中可支持多個(gè)模式傳輸并相互干涉,各模式傳輸相位對(duì)內(nèi)外溶液折射率變化靈敏程度不同.因此,干涉譜中兩個(gè)含有不同模式成分的波谷,即波谷1和波谷2,它們的漂移可以作為指示信號(hào),通過建立敏感矩陣可同時(shí)解調(diào)出周圍環(huán)境溫度與磁場(chǎng)的變化.實(shí)驗(yàn)中,在28—58℃范圍內(nèi),溫度傳感靈敏度可達(dá)-468 pm/℃;在0—169 Oe范圍內(nèi)磁場(chǎng)傳感靈敏度可達(dá)82 pm/Oe.該傳感器具有高靈敏度與高機(jī)械強(qiáng)度,并且能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)溫度與磁場(chǎng)的同時(shí)測(cè)量,有效消除了溫度波動(dòng)對(duì)磁場(chǎng)測(cè)量信號(hào)的干擾.
[Abstract]:A hollow fiber module between the ambient temperature and the magnetic field interference principle of two parameter sensor based on, in order to make the incident light into the hollow fiber wall, hollow core fiber and single mode fiber displacement welding, packaging glass capillary hollow fiber sensing part, and were filled with alcohol and in addition to magnetic fluid. The thermal effect and the thermal expansion effect of fiber materials, environmental temperature variation will cause two kinds of solution refractive index changes, and the change of magnetic field induced magnetic fluid refraction hollow fiber outside the rate of change. The theoretical calculation can support multiple modes of transmission and interference in the hollow fiber wall, the mode of transmission phase rate change of internal and external refractive sensitivity of solution. Therefore, the interference two containing different mode components trough spectrum, namely 1 and 2 trough trough, they drift can be used as the indication signal, through the establishment of sensitivity matrix and solution Change out of the ambient temperature and the magnetic field. In the experiment, at 28 - 58 DEG C, the temperature sensitivity can reach -468 at pm/ DEG C; with high sensitivity and high mechanical strength in 0 - 169 Oe range up to 82 pm/Oe. magnetic field sensing sensitivity of the sensor, and can achieve the measurement of temperature and magnetic field at the same time, can effectively eliminate the the interference temperature fluctuation on the measurement of magnetic field signal.
