【摘要】：為歸納總結(jié)近年來基于超聲組織定征技術(shù)的腫瘤熱消融無創(chuàng)監(jiān)測方法,分別闡述了基于超聲彈性成像技術(shù)和定量超聲技術(shù)的腫瘤熱療監(jiān)測方法,對每種方法的監(jiān)測原理、實驗設(shè)計、監(jiān)測結(jié)果進行了總結(jié),并討論了每種方法的適用性和局限性.結(jié)果表明:由于受熱療監(jiān)測的精度、成本、實時性等條件的限制,還沒有一種方法能夠直接應(yīng)用到臨床上.未來的研究應(yīng)致力于提出一種能夠同時實現(xiàn)術(shù)中監(jiān)測和術(shù)后療效評估、可與現(xiàn)有超聲設(shè)備相結(jié)合、適用于臨床的腫瘤熱療定量實時監(jiān)測方法.
[Abstract]:In order to summarize the noninvasive monitoring methods of tumor thermal ablation based on ultrasonic tissue characterization in recent years, the monitoring methods of tumor hyperthermia based on ultrasonic elastic imaging and quantitative ultrasound were described respectively, and the monitoring principles of each method were discussed. The experimental design and monitoring results are summarized, and the applicability and limitation of each method are discussed. The results show that: due to the limitations of the accuracy, cost and real-time of hyperthermia monitoring, There is no method that can be directly applied to clinical applications. Future research should focus on a combination of intraoperative monitoring and postoperative outcome evaluation, which can be combined with existing ultrasound devices. It is suitable for clinical quantitative and real-time monitoring of tumor hyperthermia.
