激光介質(zhì)溫度場及應(yīng)力場的流固耦合數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:激光介質(zhì)的熱效應(yīng)會(huì)導(dǎo)致固體激光器在工作過程中產(chǎn)生像差,造成激光光束質(zhì)量下降,嚴(yán)重影響了固體激光器的發(fā)展與應(yīng)用。以一種固體激光器用微通道雙面冷卻系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,建立其三維物理模型,采用流固耦合方法模擬冷卻系統(tǒng)的流場、溫度場及介質(zhì)應(yīng)力場,并考察了流動(dòng)雷諾數(shù)與Nd…YAG晶體薄片內(nèi)部熱流量對(duì)薄片熱變形的影響。結(jié)果表明,冷卻系統(tǒng)內(nèi)流場對(duì)薄片溫度場及應(yīng)力場的影響不可忽略;薄片的最大Von Mises等效應(yīng)力出現(xiàn)在邊緣位置,且隨著雷諾數(shù)的增大而減小;薄片的熱變形因流動(dòng)狀態(tài)的變化而存在不同的分布形式;熱流量只對(duì)薄片熱變形的程度有影響,熱流量越大,薄片的熱變形越大。
[Abstract]:The thermal effect of laser medium will result in solid laser aberration in the work process, resulting in a decline in the quality of the laser beam, a serious impact on the development and application of solid state lasers. The results show that the flow field in the cooling system and the influence of the temperature field can not be ignored on the thin sheet; maximum Von Mises equivalent stress appears in the edge position, and decreases with the increase of Reynolds number; the thermal deformation and distribution of sheet form different due to changes in flow state; heat flow only affects the thermal deformation of the sheet, the heat flow is larger, the thermal deformation of sheet is greater.
