【摘要】：本文基于光纖布拉格光柵(fiber Bragg grating,FBG)傳感原理和可調(diào)諧濾波器解調(diào)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了一套可用于工程中溫度和應(yīng)變監(jiān)測的復(fù)合測量系統(tǒng).對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行模塊化設(shè)計(jì),可根據(jù)應(yīng)用實(shí)際情況配置各個(gè)模塊,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)14通道同步并行測量,每通道最多可負(fù)載16支FBG傳感器,即最多能實(shí)現(xiàn)224個(gè)待測點(diǎn)的實(shí)時(shí)同步測量.針對(duì)可調(diào)諧濾波器輸出波長的非線性漂移問題,提出了可調(diào)諧濾波器的自適應(yīng)驅(qū)動(dòng)算法,波長擬合殘差小于1 pm,確保系統(tǒng)的測量精度.系統(tǒng)的溫度測量精度小于±0.5℃,穩(wěn)定性良好.將本文系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于混凝土監(jiān)測領(lǐng)域,測量結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了其可行性,可以滿足實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用的需要.
[Abstract]:Based on the sensing principle of fiber Bragg gratings and tunable filter demodulation technology, a composite measurement system for temperature and strain monitoring in engineering is designed in this paper. Each module can be configured according to the actual situation of application, and can realize 14 channels synchronous parallel measurement, each channel can load up to 16 FBG sensors, To solve the problem of nonlinear drift of output wavelength of tunable filter, an adaptive driving algorithm for tunable filter is proposed.
