【摘要】:為了測(cè)量脈沖時(shí)間寬度小于20ns時(shí)的γ射線時(shí)間分辨圖像,發(fā)展了新型無(wú)機(jī)閃爍體Yb:YAG,并實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量了晶體的發(fā)光衰減時(shí)間、X射線激發(fā)發(fā)光光譜、相對(duì)發(fā)光效率和空間分辨等性能,研究了Yb:YAG晶體的發(fā)光性能。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,Yb:YAG發(fā)光有三種衰減成分,快成分衰減常數(shù)為1.2ns,慢成分衰減常數(shù)與射線種類有關(guān);X射線激發(fā)發(fā)光光譜在250~800nm范圍,有三個(gè)發(fā)光峰,分別為320,380和500nm,且320nm處強(qiáng)度最大;相對(duì)發(fā)光效率為1900ph/MeV;使用鎢分辨卡測(cè)得Yb:YAG空間分辨能力為2lp/m,使用刀口法測(cè)得空間調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)為0.5時(shí)的頻率為0.7lp/mm。結(jié)果說(shuō)明Yb:YAG晶體性能能夠滿足所需測(cè)量要求。
[Abstract]:In order to measure the 緯 -ray time-resolved images with pulse duration less than 20ns, a new inorganic scintillator, Yb: YAGG, was developed, and the luminescence decay time of the crystal was measured experimentally. The luminescence properties of Yb:YAG crystal have been studied by X-ray stimulated luminescence spectra, relative luminescence efficiency and spatial resolution. The experimental results show that there are three decay components in Yb: YAG luminescence. The fast component attenuation constant is 1.2 ns, and the slow component attenuation constant is related to the type of ray. The X-ray emission spectra are in the range of 250nm and 800nm, with three peaks of 320,380 and 500 nm, respectively, and the maximum intensity is at 320nm. The relative luminescence efficiency is 1900phr / MeV; The spatial resolution of Yb:YAG measured by tungsten resolution card is 2lp / m. When the spatial modulation transfer function is 0.5, the frequency is 0.7lp / mmm. the results show that the performance of Yb:YAG crystal can meet the requirement of measurement.
