納秒激光對(duì)含能聚合物固體薄膜的燒蝕特性研究

【摘要】:含能聚合物是激光燒蝕微推進(jìn)中一類(lèi)重要的推進(jìn)劑,聚疊氮縮水甘油醚(GAP)是其中的典型代表。為了研究含能聚合物固體薄膜在納秒激光下的燒蝕特性,使用8ns脈寬的Nd:Ya G激光器以反射式和透射式燒蝕GAP固體薄膜靶材,對(duì)羽流演化過(guò)程和燒蝕坑形態(tài)進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:反射式燒蝕的羽流中噴射產(chǎn)物以氣態(tài)為主,固態(tài)碎片較少,受迫形成錐面噴射,羽流演化速度較快。透射式燒蝕噴射在約束作用下,有大量固態(tài)碎片以球面膨脹,約束在羽流演化的早期抑制了噴射速度,但會(huì)逐漸碎裂分解釋放產(chǎn)物和能量,使噴射前沿再次加速,約束延長(zhǎng)了燒蝕區(qū)在靶材滯留的時(shí)間,使透射式燒蝕的靶材內(nèi)熱傳導(dǎo)效應(yīng)更為顯著。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以不同激光能量密度透射式燒蝕靶材,研究透射式燒蝕能量沉積區(qū)與周?chē)べ|(zhì)的侵蝕和約束關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:激光能量密度越大,周?chē)べ|(zhì)受到的侵蝕作用越強(qiáng),燒蝕坑面積越大,能量沉積區(qū)受到的約束作用越弱,透射式燒蝕的羽流演化體現(xiàn)出部分反射式燒蝕的特征。
[Abstract]:Energetic polymer is a kind of important propellant laser ablation micro propulsion, Glycidyl Azide Polymer (GAP) is a typical one. In order to ablation characteristics of solid polymer film in nanosecond laser under study with Nd:Ya, G laser with 8NS pulse width to the reflection type and transmission type ablation GAP solid thin film, the plume evolution and crater morphology were investigated. The results show that the reflective ablation plume in injection products by gas solid, less debris, forced the formation of cone jet plume evolution speed. The transmission type ablation jet in the constraint function, a large number of solid fragments with spherical expansion. Early constrain the evolution of jet velocity in the plume flow suppression, but gradually breaking released products and energy, the jet front again accelerated constraint extended the ablation zone on the target retention time, the transmission of the ablation target Material heat conduction effect is more significant. On this basis, with different laser energy density transmission type ablation, ablation energy deposition area and surrounding fluid erosion and constraints of transmission. The results show that the laser energy density, the stronger erosion around the refrigerant by the ablation pit area is big constraints are exerted on energy deposition area is weak, the transmission type ablation plume evolution reflects the characteristics of reflective ablation.
