【摘要】:針對電光Q開關(guān)要求速度快的特點,提出基于Marx發(fā)生器的高壓快速調(diào)Q驅(qū)動電路的設(shè)計方法。利用高壓模塊產(chǎn)生一級高壓為并聯(lián)電容充電,采用變壓器隔離驅(qū)動8路MOS管。當(dāng)觸發(fā)信號引入時,功率MOS管導(dǎo)通使電容串聯(lián)同時放電,從而電壓倍增獲得快速的高壓脈沖。實驗結(jié)果表明:通過該方法獲得了上升沿12 ns,幅值3 000~4 000 V數(shù)字可調(diào)的高壓脈沖波形。相比于傳統(tǒng)脈沖變壓器法的波形,上升時間減小了近35 ns。此調(diào)Q電路已應(yīng)用于激光二極管(LD)泵浦的固體Nd:YAG激光器中,且長期穩(wěn)定工作。
[Abstract]:In view of the high speed of electro-optic Q switch, a design method of high voltage fast Q switch drive circuit based on Marx generator is put forward. The high voltage module is used to generate one stage high voltage to charge the shunt capacitor. Eight MOS transistors are driven by transformer isolation. When the trigger signal is introduced, the power MOS transistors can discharge the capacitors in series at the same time. A fast high voltage pulse is obtained by voltage doubling. The experimental results show that the rising edge is 12 ns by this method. A digitally adjustable high voltage pulse waveform with a amplitude of 3 000 ~ 4 000 V compared with that of the conventional pulse transformer method. The rise time is reduced by about 35ns. The Q-switched circuit has been applied to the solid-state Nd:YAG laser pumped by laser diode (LD) and has been working stably for a long time.
