【摘要】：盡可能完全、準(zhǔn)確地歸屬蛋白質(zhì)分子的核磁共振(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance,NMR)譜峰,是解析可信賴、高質(zhì)量的蛋白質(zhì)三維空間溶液結(jié)構(gòu)的首要條件.自動(dòng)歸屬軟件的開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用,已經(jīng)方便并加快了蛋白質(zhì)分子核磁共振譜峰的歸屬進(jìn)程.然而,對(duì)蛋白質(zhì)核磁共振研究領(lǐng)域的新手來(lái)說(shuō),因?yàn)槿狈?duì)蛋白質(zhì)分子的核磁共振譜峰特性的系統(tǒng)認(rèn)識(shí)而可能發(fā)生對(duì)自動(dòng)歸屬結(jié)果的錯(cuò)誤指認(rèn)或指認(rèn)不完全,從而導(dǎo)致蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)解析的錯(cuò)誤或偏差.該文針對(duì)蛋白質(zhì)分子中的核磁共振譜峰特性,比如同位素效應(yīng)和立體異構(gòu)等,結(jié)合具體的蛋白質(zhì)分子的核磁共振實(shí)驗(yàn)圖譜,進(jìn)行了較為詳盡的論述,期望對(duì)從事蛋白質(zhì)核磁共振的研究者在理解蛋白質(zhì)分子的核磁共振譜峰特性及其歸屬方面有所裨益.
[Abstract]:As completely as possible, NMR accurate attribution of protein molecules (Nuclear Magnetic, Resonance, NMR) peak, is a reliable analytical, first condition of protein three-dimensional solution structure of high quality. The automatic belonging to the development and application of software, has convenient and speed up the process of ownership of protein molecules NMR peaks. However, the protein NMR research novice, because the system characteristics of nuclear magnetic resonance peaks of protein molecules and lack of understanding may occur on the automatic attribution error to identify or identify incomplete, leading to protein structure analysis errors or deviations. The NMR for protein molecules of the peak characteristics, such as isotope effect and stereoisomers, combined with NMR experiments of specific protein molecules, were discussed in detail, hoping to engage in eggs The researchers of white matter nuclear magnetic resonance are helpful in understanding the characteristics and attribution of the NMR peaks of protein molecules.
