【摘要】:液體折射率是物理、化學(xué)、生物等學(xué)科的重要基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。干涉法是測(cè)量液體折射率的常用方法,利用實(shí)驗(yàn)本體的旋轉(zhuǎn)角度和干涉條紋變化數(shù)量的函數(shù)關(guān)系來(lái)測(cè)量液體折射率;隈R赫-曾德?tīng)柛缮娣?改進(jìn)了實(shí)驗(yàn)原理,利用線性關(guān)系消除了實(shí)驗(yàn)本體產(chǎn)生的附加干涉條紋,建立了一種特殊的數(shù)據(jù)處理方法精確得到了θ=0°即激光垂直入射本體視窗的位置。使用蒸餾水對(duì)液槽厚度進(jìn)行了校核,測(cè)量了t=20℃下乙醇、丙酮和環(huán)己烷的折射率驗(yàn)證了實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的可靠性。同時(shí)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的測(cè)量精度進(jìn)行了分析,實(shí)驗(yàn)的測(cè)量不確定度為10-4量級(jí)。
[Abstract]:Liquid refractive index is an important basic data of physics, chemistry, biology and so on. Interferometry is a common method to measure liquid refractive index. The liquid refractive index is measured by the functional relation between the rotation angle of the experimental body and the number of interference fringes, and the experimental principle is improved based on the Mach-Zehnder interferometry. The linear relationship is used to eliminate the additional interference fringes produced by the experimental body. A special data processing method was established to accurately obtain the position of 胃 0 擄laser vertical incident body window.
