【摘要】:針對(duì)當(dāng)前大部分超短超強(qiáng)激光實(shí)驗(yàn)中真空光路調(diào)控效率低、操作方式繁瑣等缺點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于LabVIEW軟件開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)的集成化實(shí)驗(yàn)光路調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)光路高效便捷的調(diào)控。該系統(tǒng)由光斑位置采集單元、光斑位置調(diào)節(jié)單元和計(jì)算機(jī)等三部分構(gòu)成,其設(shè)計(jì)思路是利用激光光斑映射在CCD上的空間位置,實(shí)現(xiàn)光路指向定位的反饋,根據(jù)反饋信息設(shè)計(jì)人機(jī)交互界面實(shí)現(xiàn)光路指向的調(diào)控。該系統(tǒng)成功實(shí)現(xiàn)多線程并行運(yùn)行,并將不同型號(hào)不同通訊方式的多個(gè)位移臺(tái)控制器集成于同一界面控制。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,與常用的手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)相比,該系統(tǒng)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)光路的調(diào)控更方便快捷,調(diào)節(jié)效率更高。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the disadvantages of low control efficiency and cumbersome operation mode of vacuum light path in most of the experiments of ultra-short and ultra-strong laser at present. An integrated experimental optical path regulation system based on LabVIEW software development platform is designed to realize the efficient and convenient control of the optical path. The system is composed of spot position acquisition unit. The light spot position adjustment unit and computer are composed of three parts. The design idea is to use the spatial position of laser spot mapping on CCD to realize the feedback of optical path orientation. According to the feedback information, the human-computer interface is designed to realize the control of the optical path direction. The system successfully realizes multi-thread parallel operation. The controller of different types and different communication modes is integrated into the same interface control. The experiment shows that the system is more convenient and quick to control the experimental light path than the manual control system. Regulation efficiency is higher.
