【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)了有機(jī)染料分子的球形波導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu),采用最內(nèi)層金屬金(Au)、外層Si介質(zhì)的多層球形結(jié)構(gòu),在環(huán)形介質(zhì)中植入有機(jī)染料分子作為增益耦合介質(zhì)。理論上分析了模型的的受激輻射磁場(chǎng)能量、輻射譜以及有機(jī)染料分子增益效果。特性分析結(jié)果表明:光波在有機(jī)染料分子增益區(qū)能夠與內(nèi)層金屬實(shí)現(xiàn)耦合,發(fā)生了多層電場(chǎng)局域化現(xiàn)象,增益對(duì)金屬-介質(zhì)間的表面等離子有一定的補(bǔ)償效果,從增益的高折射區(qū)與低折射率區(qū)間發(fā)生了全反射,實(shí)行了表面等離子傳播的增益補(bǔ)償效果。能夠通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)波導(dǎo)參數(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)損耗-補(bǔ)償控制,高折射區(qū)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)SPP補(bǔ)償,有機(jī)染料分子距離核區(qū)越近補(bǔ)償效果更好,損耗更小。
[Abstract]:The spherical waveguide structure of organic dyestuff molecules is designed. The innermost metal au is used, and the multilayer spherical structure of the outer Si medium is adopted. Organic dye molecules are implanted in annular media as gain coupling medium. The excited magnetic field energy of the model is analyzed theoretically. Radiation spectrum and gain effect of organic dye molecules. The results of characteristic analysis show that the optical wave can be coupled with inner metal in the gain region of organic dye molecules, resulting in the phenomenon of multi-layer electric field localization. The gain has a certain compensation effect on the surface plasma between the metal and the medium. The total reflection occurs in the high refraction region and the low refractive index region of the gain. The gain compensation effect of surface plasma propagation is implemented. Loss compensation control can be realized by adjusting waveguide parameters and SPP compensation can be realized in high refraction region. The closer the organic dye molecule is to the nuclear region, the better the compensation effect is, and the smaller the loss is.
