Ka波段LTCC延遲線組件

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代雷達系統(tǒng)正朝著小型化和多功能的方向發(fā)展,作為寬帶相控陣雷達系統(tǒng)最重要的部件之一,延遲線組件進一步的發(fā)展有助于實現(xiàn)收發(fā)模塊中的瞬時寬帶技術(shù)。本文提出了一款工作在Ka波段的基于LTCC技術(shù)的6路開關(guān)延遲線組件,每路延遲線單元由延遲線支路和等損耗直通支路組成,通過驅(qū)動電路控制MMIC單刀雙擲開關(guān)選擇通路,可產(chǎn)生最小1λ,最大63λ的延遲量,步進為1λ。延遲支路選用了Ferro A6-M材料,延遲信號通過曲折帶狀線結(jié)構(gòu),可以實現(xiàn)組件小型化的同時顯著減小色散特性。等損耗支路選用了陶瓷基片。最終實測延遲組件體積僅為84×47×15mm3,并且有優(yōu)良的駐波系數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Modern radar system is developing towards miniaturization and multifunction. As one of the most important components of broadband phased array radar system, the further development of delay line module is helpful to realize instantaneous broadband technology in transceiver module. In this paper, a six-channel switch delay line assembly based on LTCC technology working in Ka band is proposed. Each delay line unit is composed of delay line branch and equal loss straight-through branch. The MMIC single-pole double-throw switch selection path can be controlled by driving circuit, which can produce the minimum 1 位, the maximum 63 位 delay, and the step is 1 位. Ferro A 6 / M material is selected for the delay branch. The delay signal can be miniaturized and the dispersion characteristics can be significantly reduced by the zigzag strip structure of the delay signal. Ceramic substrate is selected for equal loss branch. Finally, the volume of the measured delay module is only 84 脳 47 脳 15mm 3, and it has excellent standing wave coefficient.
