基于射頻卡的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)儲(chǔ)物柜系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:儲(chǔ)物柜被廣泛應(yīng)用于公共場(chǎng)所。傳統(tǒng)的儲(chǔ)物柜在安全性、便利性以及方便管理方面都有很多值得改進(jìn)的地方。隨著電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,電子儲(chǔ)物柜開始進(jìn)入人們的視野。最常用于大型超市等場(chǎng)所的電子儲(chǔ)物柜一般采用條形碼作為開鎖的鑰匙。這在安全性上存在缺陷,同時(shí)也不環(huán)保。此外系統(tǒng)中并沒(méi)有記錄數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)保證物品不會(huì)被冒領(lǐng)。安全性更高的指紋識(shí)別型儲(chǔ)物柜成本太高,可預(yù)見的未來(lái)很難大規(guī)模推廣。新型儲(chǔ)物柜的革新始于物流領(lǐng)域,為了降低最后一公里的運(yùn)輸成本,國(guó)內(nèi)外許多公司投資研發(fā)更安全方便的儲(chǔ)物柜。 互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)概念的提出為我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)新型儲(chǔ)物柜提供了思路。傳統(tǒng)儲(chǔ)物柜安全隱患主要在于開鎖的鑰匙容易被復(fù)制,并且存包的記錄也沒(méi)有存入系統(tǒng),事后無(wú)法查證。而借助于物聯(lián)網(wǎng),可以將儲(chǔ)物柜接入網(wǎng)絡(luò),管理員對(duì)每個(gè)柜子的狀態(tài)將了如指掌,不僅方便管理還提高了安全性。 對(duì)于不同應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景,新型儲(chǔ)物柜設(shè)計(jì)所要考慮的因素不同,方案會(huì)千差萬(wàn)別。對(duì)于物流公司使用的置于室外的儲(chǔ)物柜要側(cè)重考慮柜子的堅(jiān)固性等。本文是以學(xué)校圖書館為應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景。圖書館是學(xué)校重要的學(xué)習(xí)場(chǎng)所,人流量大,學(xué)生有存包的需求。使用傳統(tǒng)的儲(chǔ)物柜經(jīng)常會(huì)發(fā)生失竊事件,此外圖書館安裝的儲(chǔ)物柜有限,資源有限。 為響應(yīng)國(guó)家關(guān)于高校信息化建設(shè)的號(hào)召,本文結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、RFID技術(shù)以及嵌入式技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了一套安全、便捷的適用于校園的儲(chǔ)物柜系統(tǒng)。目前這一系統(tǒng)已在山東大學(xué)各圖書館投入使用。本系統(tǒng)最大的特點(diǎn)在于安全、使用便捷以及方便管理。由于校園一卡通已經(jīng)在學(xué)校中廣泛使用,使用一卡通作為鑰匙是最自然的選擇。因此儲(chǔ)物柜配備了射頻卡讀寫器。為了增加安全性,系統(tǒng)加入了密碼驗(yàn)證模塊。每張卡片都設(shè)有密碼,用戶輸入密碼,服務(wù)器驗(yàn)證通過(guò)后方能開鎖。這樣,即使在卡片丟失后也無(wú)須擔(dān)心物品被盜。本系統(tǒng)在每個(gè)柜子中安裝了紅外傳感器用來(lái)檢測(cè)是否存放物品,每個(gè)柜子的狀態(tài)都實(shí)時(shí)傳到服務(wù)器中。用戶可以通過(guò)管理網(wǎng)站來(lái)預(yù)約儲(chǔ)物柜,管理員可以遠(yuǎn)程控制每個(gè)柜子。儲(chǔ)物柜的狀態(tài)被實(shí)時(shí)感知,這也提高了柜子的利用率。 本文主要從硬件和軟件兩個(gè)方面對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)儲(chǔ)物柜系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹。硬件部分主要包括終端的儲(chǔ)物柜控制器模塊、RFID讀寫器模塊以及嵌入式網(wǎng)關(guān)模塊?刂破髂K負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行服務(wù)器端的命令并檢測(cè)儲(chǔ)物柜的狀態(tài)。RFID讀寫器模塊負(fù)責(zé)讀取校園一卡通。嵌入式網(wǎng)關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)上層與下層通信協(xié)議的轉(zhuǎn)換。軟件部分主要包括控制器模塊程序、嵌入式網(wǎng)關(guān)程序以及上層管理網(wǎng)站程序。
[Abstract]:Lockers are widely used in public places. There are many things worth improving in traditional lockers in terms of safety, convenience and convenient management. With the development of electronic technology, electronic lockers began to enter people's field of vision. The electronic lockers most commonly used in large supermarkets and other places usually use bar code as the key to unlock. This is flawed in safety and is not environmentally friendly. The cost of fingerprint recognition lockers with higher security is too high, so it is difficult to popularize them on a large scale in the foreseeable future. The innovation of the new lockers begins in the field of logistics. In order to reduce the transportation cost of the last kilometer, many companies at home and abroad invest in the development of safer and more convenient lockers. The development of Internet technology and the concept of Internet of things provide us with ideas for the design of new lockers. The security hidden danger of traditional lockers is that the key to unlock is easy to be copied, and the records of storing bags are not stored in the system, which can not be verified afterwards. With the help of the Internet of things, the lockers can be connected to the network, and the administrator will know the state of each cabinet like the palm of his hand, which not only facilitates the management but also improves the security. For different application scenarios, the factors to be considered in the design of the new lockers will be very different. For logistics companies to use outdoor lockers to focus on the firmness of cabinets and so on. This paper takes the school library as the application scene. The library is an important learning place in the school, with a large flow of people and the need for students to keep bags. Theft often occurs when traditional lockers are used. In addition, the lockers installed in the library are limited and the resources are limited. In order to respond to the national call on the information construction of colleges and universities, this paper designs a set of safe and convenient lockers system suitable for campus by means of network technology, RFID technology and embedded technology. At present, this system has been put into use in the libraries of Shandong University. The biggest characteristic of this system is security, convenient use and convenient management. Because campus card has been widely used in school, the use of one card as the key is the most natural choice. Therefore, the lockers are equipped with RF card readers. In order to increase security, the system adds password verification module. Each card has a password, the user enters the password, and the server can unlock it only after it has passed. In this way, even after the card is lost, there is no need to worry about the theft of items. In this system, infrared sensors are installed in each cabinet to detect whether or not to store items, and the status of each cabinet is transmitted to the server in real time. Users can book lockers by managing websites, and administrators can remotely control each cabinet. The state of lockers is perceived in real time, which also improves the utilization rate of lockers. In this paper, the design of Internet of things lockers system is introduced in detail from two aspects of hardware and software. The hardware part mainly includes the terminal lockers controller module, RFID reader module and embedded gateway module. The controller module is responsible for executing server-side commands and detecting the status of lockers. RFID reader module is responsible for reading campus card. The embedded gateway is responsible for the conversion of communication protocols between the upper layer and the lower layer. The software part mainly includes controller module program, embedded gateway program and upper management website program.
