【摘要】：針對(duì)盲源分離問(wèn)題,利用白化預(yù)處理后信號(hào)的二階和高階累積量矩陣具有正交聯(lián)合對(duì)角化的結(jié)構(gòu)性質(zhì),以及多個(gè)實(shí)對(duì)稱矩陣具有相同特征向量即可同時(shí)正交對(duì)角化的實(shí)對(duì)稱矩陣的特征分解的理論,提出一種基于部分累積量矩陣特征分解的直接正交聯(lián)合對(duì)角化算法。該算法僅需要部分累積量矩陣信息,從而大大降低計(jì)算過(guò)程中的存儲(chǔ)量和計(jì)算量。通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬,該算法和經(jīng)典的JADE算法性能接近,可以有效地進(jìn)行盲分離。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of blind source separation, a direct orthogonal joint diagonalization algorithm based on eigendecomposition of partial cumulant matrix is proposed by using the structural property of orthogonal joint diagonalization of second-order and high-order cumulant matrices after whitening preprocessing, and the theory of eigendecomposition of real symmetric matrices with the same eigenvector. The algorithm only needs partial cumulant matrix information, which greatly reduces the amount of storage and computation in the calculation process. Through numerical simulation, the performance of the algorithm is close to that of the classical JADE algorithm, and it can be used for blind separation effectively.
