通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)中故障數(shù)據(jù)優(yōu)化檢測(cè)仿真研究

【摘要】:在對(duì)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)中故障數(shù)據(jù)檢測(cè)時(shí),由于通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)中數(shù)據(jù)量多,差異性大,造成相關(guān)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)聯(lián)性低。傳統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障數(shù)據(jù)檢測(cè)時(shí),在低關(guān)聯(lián)性環(huán)境下對(duì)相關(guān)參數(shù)的確定需要先驗(yàn)知識(shí),導(dǎo)致故障數(shù)據(jù)檢測(cè)精度差。提出基于最小最大概率機(jī)的故障數(shù)據(jù)高效檢測(cè)方法,分析了最小最大概率機(jī)的基本理論,對(duì)最小最大概率機(jī)算法進(jìn)行擴(kuò)展,轉(zhuǎn)換成單類(lèi)最小最大概率機(jī),以適應(yīng)衛(wèi)星通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)中故障數(shù)據(jù)的挖掘問(wèn)題。獲取優(yōu)化目標(biāo)函數(shù)中參數(shù)的最優(yōu)值,依據(jù)得到的最優(yōu)值塑造判斷新測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)是否是故障數(shù)據(jù)的函數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)衛(wèi)星通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)中故障數(shù)據(jù)的高效檢測(cè)。仿真結(jié)果表明,所提模型在衛(wèi)星通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,和傳統(tǒng)模型相比,不僅運(yùn)算效率高,而且可提高檢測(cè)故障數(shù)據(jù)的精度。
[Abstract]:When detecting fault data in communication network, because of the large amount of data and great difference in communication network, the correlation of related detection data is low. In the traditional network fault data detection, the determination of related parameters in low correlation environment needs prior knowledge, which leads to the poor accuracy of fault data detection. An efficient fault data detection method based on minimum and maximum probability machine is proposed, the basic theory of minimum maximum probability machine is analyzed, and the algorithm of minimum and maximum probability machine is extended to a single class of minimum and maximum probability machine. In order to adapt to the problem of fault data mining in satellite communication network. The optimal value of the parameters in the optimization objective function is obtained, and the new test data is judged to be a function of fault data according to the obtained optimal value, so as to realize the efficient detection of fault data in satellite communication network. The simulation results show that the proposed model is not only more efficient than the traditional model in satellite communication network, but also can improve the accuracy of fault detection data.
